+: Breakfast and dinner were good, but we are returning customers and we notices some changes. There was an improvement in the breakfast, as eventually we found milk cholocate for the kids, dinner was very good, but instead quite clearly "cheaper" than in the past...for example no shrimps in the barbeque and only very small fish...And no more smoked salmon at breakfast
-: We have been going to Longbeach Camp once or twice a year since 2019 and we this time we noticed a big drop in the quality of the service. To be honest this might as well be the last time we go , as our stay was quite stressful. It looks like the structure has undertaken some heavy cuts and it shows greatly in customer service.After a windy day, the evening was calm (we took plenty of pics and videos to clearly show the situation, but the staff annulled the bonfire and customers had to complain to get it started. Thy eventually started it late, but did not take this late start into consideration and just started the open door cinema while people were just starting to enjoy the bonfire they EVENTUALLY lit under our request.The cinema area was clearly not set and we were left on iron chairs without cushion and no member of the staff assisted us nor was present during the whole duration of the movie. the whole atmospheare was shabby.The wrst part though is that the "family friendly movie" was not family friendly at all!!! They showed "The Adam's project", a movie that is rated 13+ even in Europe and full of dirty language and explicit love scenes!Everyone left...but no comment of apology was offered and no compensation nor alternative.Last but not least: the sea is VERY shallow in the premises and perfect for swimming. Europeean customers are usually good swimmers and love to swim in the sea, but at Longbeach camp there a life guards that bother customers wisthleling at them and calling them back when they are in the sea with the water just at their knees.I undestrand there are people who cannot swim, but in this case they should not go into the sea like in any other normal beach or structure and not bother all other customers that want to enjoy a normal swim in the sea.
