+: The receptionists were helpful and friendly. We stayed a additional night for the same price booked although prices went up as it was closer to Christmas. Best thing: the location, walking distance to MOE and ski Dubai.
-: We first got room 704 which had a bad smell and the double bed was uncomfortable. We asked to change room and they moved us to room 801. It was much better and made a whole difference.

+: Every thing was good and so welcoming and friendly. Except what I mentioned as an issue.
-: I left a charger over there by mistake. And when I follow up with them it was gone and no body saw it. Which made me a bit disappointed.

-: The cleaning of the appartments was a major issue. I lost track of the number of times I had to ask for (the minimum) number of towels to be provided. Likewise soap. One towel had disgusting brown dirt on it which I had to take to reception.Another day my wife overheard the cleaning staff saying amongst each other that there are no clean towels. Was then surprised that they left dirty towels thinking I wouldn’t notice!This cleaning issue really ruined the whole experience, which is a shame since location is good and apartments themselves are OK (starting to age a bit mind you).They have a lot of work to do IMO.
