+: This place was lovely. It's basically right on the water and the rooms are nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We had a great time.

-: My only complaint is that lots of the rooms have mold around the baseboards and windows.

+: Everything was in the right place, the staff was very kind, the room was very clean and with a beautiful view from the big balcony ,the breakfast was good and fresh. With pleasure we will go again 😀

+: Ishim per nje fundjave ne pogradec. Hoteli ishte shum i paster, dhomat me super pamje dhe verande gjigande, arredim shum i bukur, hoteli komod, i ngrohte, stafi dhe sherbimi ekselent 👌🏻 ashtu si pogradecaret e kan kulture. Hoteli eshte shume afer me shetitoren, me tushemishtin. E sugjeroj per te gjithe. We were in Pogradec for a weekend. The hotel was very clean, the rooms with great views and huge verandas, very beautiful furnishings, the hotel is comfortable, warm, the staff and the service are excellent 👌🏻 just like Pogradecars have culture. The hotel is very close to the promenade, to Tushemishti. I suggest it to everyone.

+: We stayed for one night at this hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. The room is spacious, the floor is warm, the bathroom has good water temperature and pressure, the staff is helpful and kind. The parking is large enough for a couple of cars.

-: The "view" to the lake is very limited as there are trees, another hotel and a park in front of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't buffet style (maybe because of the season) and the the sizes were kind of small. There was just a misunderstanding with Booking because apparently they can't take the payment directly from Booking and you had to pay at the hotel.

+: Hotel molto pulito , con tutti i confort e ottima posizione . Personale molto disponibile. Ottima colazione . Letti grandi e comodissimi. lo consiglio a tutti

-: Migliorerei le rifiniture intorno a box doccia in quanto usciva acqua quando si faceva l a doccia .

+: Το ξενοδοχειο ξεπερασε τις προσδοκιες μας ;ηταν πολυ καθαρο ,το προσωπικο ηταν αψογο!!! Θελω να ευχαριστησω την Oksana που ηταν στην reception επειδη ηταν πολυ ευχαρηστη ειχε διαθεση να μας εξυπηρετησει ,να μας δωσει πληροφοριες για το μερος οπου επισκευθηκαμε και παντα χαμογελαστη!! Σας ευχαριστουμε ,θα ερθουμε σιγουρα και παλι !!
