+: The family are very kind and welcoming and very responsive to any needs. Great location near lots of restaurants, beaches and mini marts.

+: Instalaciones muy nuevas. Ubicación genial, para olvidarte del coche en el centro de Ksmil y personal muy amable

-: No tiene parking, aunque en los alrededores hay alguna calle sin asfaltar en la que puedes dejar el coche. A pesar de ser muy nuevo, nuestra ducha estaba atrancada de pelos.

+: The girl in the reception was super nice and friendly. Great location and the rooms were comfortable.

-: It's time to upgrade some of the furnitures... the bed and mattress for example.

+: Recently renovated and very close to the beach in Ksamil. The lady who was running this place was so kind and friendly, she gave us fantastic tips for where to eat and also allowed us to park out the front even though the opportunities for parking were limited in the neighborhood. The room had a balcony and AC and a modern bathroom.

-: Not the fault of the host at all but be warned if you want to drive here that traffic in Ksamil is a total nightmare! The town itself is perfectly lovely.

+: The host is very kind, the room clean and modern and perfect location close to the main road (restaurants and market) and beaches (of you like quiet places try to go south along the road, after the hotels there are the best places in Ksamil).Definitely recommended

+: Amabili la început, după, nu așa de receptivi la doleanțele noastre. Plata s-a efectuat la sosire fără "înscrisuri".Mare diferență între preț & serviciile oferite.

-: Lipsa semnal WI-FI sau foarte slab, fără a putea vizualiza pe telefon diferite aplicații.La sosire cazați într-o cameră OK, etaj 1, a doua zi urcați la etaj. 3, o cameră mai ,,modestă,,.TV de slabă calitate(lipsă Smart tv), diagonală mică, cu programe numai în greacă(antenă satelit). Fără YouTube, Netflix etc pe Tv. La podmansardă excremente de șoarecișobolani. Lift semifuncțional. Aspecte prezentate personalului. Rezolvate în ultima zi de plecare.
