+: Top onthaal, echt met maximale klantgerichtheid - voor onze huwelijksreis hebben ze onze kamer prachtig versierd met rode hart-ballonnen. Mooie ruime kamer met prachtig zeezicht. Ontbijt was top ondanks het feit dat er in die periode een heel lage bezetting was. Prijs-kwaliteit was uitstekend. We hebben ook gegeten in het restaurant en daar hebben ze ons ook aangenaam verrast met prima keuken en lekkere wijnen. (we mochten zelfs even voorproeven voordat we een keuze maakten - zegt toch veel over klantvriendelijkheid).

-: De douche mocht wat slimmer ingedeeld worden - de waterstraal spetterde over de ganse vloer doordat de wand niet diep genoeg bemeten was (een douchedeur was een betere oplossing). Ook werd er overal rond het hotel gerookt (is natuurlijk hun schuld niet) maar we misten toch wel een rookvrije zone op het terras van het restaurant.

+: The staff was very helpful and friendly.The room was wonderful, and the view was amazing 😍We will definitely recommend and, of course, revisit it.

-: There are too many light switches 😂 It was a bit confusing.

+: The junior suite bedroom was absolutely stunning, offering ample space and impeccable cleanliness.What impressed me the most was that the TV in the room had both Netflix and Disney channels available for guests, eliminating the need to log in with your own account. FIRST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN TO THAT HAS DONE THIS!!!!!!I must say, the receptionists were all incredible. I couldn't find a single fault with their service, they were truly outstanding.The heating system works in secondsThe view was amazing from our room.Saima - F***ing amazing, she was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs.Her respectfulness and outstanding customer service were truly remarkable. She had a down-to-earth personality, making it easy to have deep and meaningful conversations with her.Whether it was about our dreams, struggles, or simply life in general, she was always there to lend an empathetic ear.When our key card stopped working, she took the initiative to come to us instead of making us go to her for assistance.Her proactive nature and willingness to help made us feel valued and supported in every situation.Anna - She had an amazing attention to detail, even remembering our order the next day.Her friendliness and constant smile made the experience even more enjoyable.Rajmonda (cleaning lady) - She was an exceptional cleaner, both fast and friendly.If she has children, they should be proud of her hard work and dedication.Despite the language barrier, she made an effort to communicate with us.I was grateful for her attention to detail, as she even insisted on mopping my room despite my request not to haha thank you.Arjola - She had a great sense of humor and always managed to make us laugh, with a perpetual smile on her face, she brightened up our day.Her helpfulness knew no bounds, going above and beyond to assist us.

-: Dinner - One downside was that the items on the menu couldn't be customized, which limited options for those with varying preferences or dietary restrictions. For example, if guests from different backgrounds were visiting the hotel, it would have been great to have the flexibility to add items like cheeseburgers, battered lprawns, fish and chips, and more. I personally experienced the dryness of the chicken dish I ordered, and unfortunately, there was no gravy served with it, which further detracted from the overall dining experience.
