+: Die Wohnung war sauber. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe etwas zu essen Straßenbahn und U-Bahn waren schnell zu erreichen.

+: Appartement au décor simple mais fonctionnel équipé d'un lave linge, le chauffage fonctionnait bien, la chaudière était récente et le chauffage fonctionnait bien ,L' appartement est bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du tramway ou du métro.

-: Impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision.Mais ce n'était pas important pour nous.

+: Struttura in posizione strategica a 5 minuti di camminata della stazione metro Reumannplatz. Zona residenziale con molti negozi dove poter prendere d’asporto (panifici, bar e supermercati). Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso.Struttura con riscaldamento autonomo, camera molto spaziosa.Cucina dotata dell’indispensabile per un breve soggiorno, presente microonde, macchina del caffè americano etc. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

-: Non sono presenti bagnoschiuma e sapone per il bagno. Aspetto facilmente migliorabile.

+: shops(Spar, Billa), tram and underground nearby; 10 mins to city centre (Stephan Platz with U1), beds and pillows were comfortable, few wifis to connect to in case one of them drops, not a smart TV but radio and some channels available. has a toaster, kettle, 2 hob rings, and a little fridge. the bathroom is spacious with a shower. it's first floor apartment so not much walking with luggage. the street is fairly quiet, the second bedroom looks onto the yard, so quiet and pitch dark at night.

-: the boiler for heating water and radiators is quite loud, it seems to be working only when water is in use, we had issues with keeping the heating on but managed to turn it up to a higher temp to warm up the radiators. the apartment could be cleaner, i didnt get the impression it was dusted regularly considering the dirt behind the bed and some dust hanging from the ceiling. the main room is missing a chest of drawers or at least a nightstand, there isnt one next to the bed. the water temp in the shower was challenging to adjust, and the handle was prone to being closed accidentally, resulting in the water being turned off and requiring the temperature to be readjusted. found some marks on the sheets seemed like old ones that cant get washed, and some ripping on the bed frame. it would be good to replace as needed. they refused to provide more towels for 6 day stay, 1 small and 1 large for each person. needed to share a hair towel, to have a hand towel. A few small bowls would be handy and some oil, salt and pepper in the house.
