+: Its a nice middel class house but in real its a B&B and you share common rooms with others, there is no real privacy.

-: Even its pretty expensive you cant use the room freely, all visitors must be pre registered (can you believe this..:-)..and it is written in some of a lot of text no one looks for a room really reads....), some limitations on accessing the property apply (be home before 24.00, made me feel like i was 13...lol... very strange) and only your sleeping room is really private. At breakfast Moskitos did eat me up heavely, this even i spray myself with anti moskito spray they have (so they know the problem), not sure why Moskitos cant be professionally treathed. On some evenings the restaurant (which i never used) is open for public = means no access to pool (which i never used as well). Not in any kind a high class hotel type of location as advertised, rather a shared B&B which is really fairly overpriced. No cancelation is possible ...my fault...i would have but your money is taken..no flexibility of owners ...and yes its writen in a lot of text somewhere..it speaks for it self. Many more better places to go to a 13 of the cost in Sosua without any restrictions, Moskitos or other restrictions giving you real value for your money. Not recommend to anyone, not a place making you feel home abroad....sorry for that.

+: Before arriving received numerous messages asking for payment, passport pics, flight details, government issued e-ticket as if they would issue a visa. Had to figure out what is nesecity and what not. Responsive communication but the experience was disturbing. Bed and linen was good quality and comfortable

-: Place isn't really a hotel but a converted house with all concequences this brings to the vibe, design of spaces and usefulness. You wiil be given 3 keys and you also must ring the bell every time you get in. It is near a high traffic road that you can hear from the shared balcony. You have to cross this road every time you go to beach or town and it's not safe passage. They mention in policy that they allow only registered users in hotel but enforce only pre-registered at booking time. Single men and women not a place for you. In price they added an amount around 30% for taxes but never gave receipt, wondering where this money went.

+: Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce magnifique boutique hôtel. Tout était parfait de A à Z. La chambre mystique est décorée avec goût, la literie est excellente, la chambre est spacieuse et pratique. L’eau est potable partout dans l’hôtel. Il y a des lounges au 1er pour les chambres uniquement et le coin piscine est entouré de verdure. Les 3 chiens sont l’âme de la maison. Ils sont adorables. La piscine est rafraîchissante et de bonne taille. On peut boire des cocktails tout au long de la journée. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, entre pain frais, yogourt, œufs, le fromage et la charcuterie les fruits frais et le café à volonté. Pour couronner le tout, le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est ouvert à tous égale les grands restaurants en Europe. La carte est petite mais très bien travaillée avec des produits frais. Saskia est partout pour satisfaire ses clients. L’équipe est discrète et efficace. L’hôtel qui est entouré d’arbres est situé à 200m de la plage de Sosua ce qui est un plus. Merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable.
