+: The grounds were nice, it was clean bell men, refreshing the water daily the pools close to the beach, the spa, the fruity noon alcoholic drinks at the pool. Enjoyed the club music at the pool, sports bar, cool towels at check in, and complimentary cool drink. Guest services quick response with Gatorade and toilet paper

-: The thermostat in my room didn't go below 76 and it was already hot outside the bathroom was like a sauna no ventilation or fan in there. Called maintenance they got it from 78 to 76 ... enjoyed the rides on the golf carts. The food wasn't what I expected, fruit was warm. Different staff giving different information Check in was 2 hours long which was ridiculous cause it was hot, not enough reservations for dinner. Not enough information or itinerary available. The app is slow and confusing People trying to sell you stuff but not giving enough info Need more bottled water at the bars

+: The location was good, the employees were all very friendly.

-: The facility needs a lot of work!. In 6 days1. I was shocked by the electrical gadget next to the door as it fell off the wall. (In the first room)2. In the 2nd room, there was blood in the sheets. 3. I was cut by a VERY sharp edge on the balcony door 4. The shower doors are worthless as the water comes out the sides and runs into the room. I literally had to use every towel available and call out to a housekeeper to help me.5. We purchased a tour from the hotel, and the captain was so rough that my sister bumped her head and was left with a concussion and a black and blue forehead. 6. There was a stomach virus going around, and people were being hospitalized for it.7. If you lean against the headboard, the lights in the closet turn on and off! Fire waiting to happen?Spoke to supervisor and hotel manager, and all I was offered was a discount for future stay... REALLY??.. Who would ever go back.DONT DO IT!!

+: The location of the property. The ability to visit sister properties and the evening shows. The swimming pools and the ability to swim up and order a drink.

-: The room could have been cleaner. I felt that the housekeeping staff didn't take the time to freshen the room daily. Also the beds were not well made.

-: Que en los bares siempre decían se terminó la bebida hable con los empleados y me dijeron que cuando hacen el pedido a almacén del Hotel le mandan los que el encargado quiere no lo ellos necesitan en el bar

+: Friendly staff, excellent customer service and great food service.

-: Linen were a little dull. I went one night without any linen at all!!!

+: Restaurantes especiales y buffet ,excelente. Las actividades y facilidades muy amenas.El cuarto que me tocó inmejorable.

-: En el área de buffet en el Arrecife ,deben de mejorar el servicio de líquidos (agua, refrescos y bebidas) Se pide el servicio y los mosos se tardan mucho y en ocasiones termina uno ahogado sin el líquido. Se deben de tener estaciones donde uno pueda buscar su bebida como lo hace con los alimentos.

-: todo lo demás estuvo fatal el inodoro no servía, una luminaria nunca se apagaba, la ceramica y maderas, se desprendían, la habitación olía mal, el agua de la ducha se iba hacia la habitación
