+: Quarto grande com com cama muito confortável e varanda

-: Serviço pessimo do hotel. Funcionários mal educados (mesmo dando gorjeta toda hora) serviço de bebida muito demorado. Reservamos no segundo dia um restaurante e nos informaram o horário das 9 30 nos arrumamos para ir na reserva que era paga 59 usd por pessoa e não nos deixaram entregar pois disseram que começaram as 9 mesmo tendo isso informado outro horário no momento da reserva. Tínhamos anotado no WhatsApp o horário da reserva e não tinha como confundir. A funcionária do restaurante foi irônica e disse que não tinha o que fazer e que a culpa não era delaDificuldade para pegar bebidas na piscina ou praia Enfim serviço pessimo

-: By far the worst hotel service ever. The resort is very big and the main entrance to the lobby entrance is very far. They don’t let cabs in and do not provide transportation to main gate so guests have to keep walking around to main gate which is a 10 min walk. Another thing the service is terrible the buggy drivers only take certain level of rooms so they will drive back empty but not take you. Lastly, the pathetic room service sets the perfect example of how to treat guests extremely poorly. We ordered food at 9 pm and after the waiting time of 45 min we called them and they said it’s on its way. We kept calling until 11 pm and they said the food is coming. Losing my patience at 11 pm I went to the reception and they called guest services and they said they never received an order and the kitchen is now closed. They show no compassion to provide any sort of decent service and show no sign of improvement. I would rather burn my money than pay to stay here. Oh and enjoy the buffet with birds all over your food.

+: L'hotel est merveilleux et tres rafine, sa construction est super et tres complete, son emplacement est magnifique

-: L'accueil: nous sommes arrives en soiree et ca a ete catastrophique, nous avons porte nos valise jusqu'a la chambre qui ne corespondait pas a notre reservation... retour a l'accueil et 2 heures perdues et pas possible de manger apres un voyage de 21 heures, le personnel pas sympatique, les deplacements sur le site, tres grand, pas un bonjour.

+: Para todo lo que se paga el Servicio es pésimo , poca higiene , las camas muy incomodas porfavor las camas de 20 años con el colchón viejo y desbaratado , el baño la ducha tapada la llave del baño occidada porfavor no votar si en este hotel

-: Todo el trato del personal, la comida malísima, las instalaciones descuidadas, solo pace una noche y no pude descansar a pesar de hacer pagado un alto precio, no lo recomiendo este hotel .

+: Absolutely nothing.

-: Everything. The hotel and rooms are completely outdated. The service here was awful. The resort is way too big and they have a train shuttle service where they claim it to come every 15 minutes which is a lie. And the train stops running at 12am, so after that time you are left to fend for yourselves. All food or room service ends at 11pm every night and at after that time you must wait until the next day for anything. They have very few employees and golf carts to get guests around. It was a 20 minute walk just from my room to the lobby. There was times i called for a golf cart pick up and nobody had come. We paid to upgrade our room and have a “concierge” that did absolutely nothing for us. We stayed here for 3 nights and paid approximately $2000 CAD and it was a complete waste of money. I have never such a bad experience like this before.

+: The staff is fantastic, attentive and looking always for the extra mile. The place in general is nice

-: The beach is very disappointing, not the water I would expect from Caribbean. Also the food is not the best. To eat in the other 3 restaurants you must book in advance and sometimes is very hard to get a table. Drinks served in cardboard glasses, not even in plastic. I really think if this is a 5 star hotel
