+: Proximité de l’aéroport pour arrivée tardive en Égypte. Personnel très aimable

-: La propreté de salle de bains pour un hôtel de ce standard n’est pas géniale, mais le personnel est venue nettoyer. Je dirai un peu daté aussi.

-: Housekeeping woke us up before 8am knocking on the door after we’d had a late flight so didn’t put the day off to a good start. Because we’d turned them away this early, they then didn’t come back to clean our room at another part of the day and we didn’t get our bottled water (you can’t drink the tap water in Egypt).We then went down to breakfast which we’d thought was included but turns out it wasn’t (not a problem at all). A waiter came to tell us that we needed to pay but we could have our breakfast first and then settle the bill once we’d finished - again not a problem! A further FOUR members of staff interrupted us during our 20 minute breakfast telling us we needed to pay after our meal. So much for a relaxing breakfast!We went then went outside to enjoy the pool (this was the main reason we’d booked this hotel as the pool looked lovely). We went to sit on some sun loungers but were told the whole side of sun loungers was reserved for a group at 12 even though there were no reservation signs out. We said okay and went to do something else. At 1 o clock we came back and all the sun loungers were still free so we asked again and were told “no, they’re coming in a minute”. We asked “if they’re not here in the next half an hour can we go on them seen as they were booked for 12” to be told no very bluntly … the party eventually showed up at SIX PM and no one got to use the sun loungers all day.There was nothing majorly wrong with the hotel but when there are so many little things that happen in the space of a short amount of time it’s so annoying! Will definitely not be coming back.Also, don’t trust all these reviews - I got asked during my breakfast (another time I was interrupted) if I was having a good stay to which I said not really. My partner was then also asked the same question to which he said yes. He was then asked to write a review. The staff only asked people who had said they were having a good stay to write a review!

-: We had to change hotels because of the immense noise and no sense of comfort we had, my mother could not sleep at all due to the loud noises from outside the room, I booked at another hotel and once we had spoken to the night manager who ensured me we would get a refund for the stay. We did not alas the issue was more related to comfort rather than fiscal value. , The night manager had also offered us to move to the suite after being informed of us leaving the hotel at 2.00 am but honestly we did not feel comfortable to stay any further. Upon arrival, we had also asked to switch rooms to the ground floor and upon entering the room I could see food crumbs on the floor and ash from cigarette left on the couch, house keeping was fast to resolve the isuee and that was very appreciated. We had chosen the hotel because of its vicinity to the international cairo airport but was very disappointed with the stay and will not come back to this hotel.
