+: The location was perfect. T’was peaceful and comfortable. It’s in the mountain side and just 15 minutes walk away from center. Also it’s exactly infront of the bus stop. I’ve requested for a bath tub and they give me the room with bathtub. Super nice hotel with good breakfast, amazing view and hospitable staff. It’s also walking distance from the funicular. And they are so accommodating. They even give a complimentary wine and chocolate 🫶 Will definitely go back!

-: My recent stay at the Next Story Hotel in Tbilisi was a mixed experience. While the hotel has potential, there were several issues that detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.The most significant issue was the noisy power generator located just under our window. It disrupted our sleep throughout the night, which was quite frustrating. When we reached out to the reception for assistance, their response was disappointing. We were simply told that nothing could be done about the noise, which left us feeling helpless and overlooked.Breakfast at the hotel was another area where expectations fell short. Although it was included in our stay, the offerings were quite basic and did not meet the standard we anticipated. Additionally, being charged 16 lari for a double espresso, which unfortunately was a far cry from a good coffee, let alone a proper double espresso, felt unreasonable and left a sour taste.On a more positive note, the hotel's location in Tbilisi is convenient, providing easy access to various local attractions. However, this advantage was overshadowed by the aforementioned issues.The overall demeanor of the staff was more on the colder side, lacking the warm, welcoming treatment that can make a hotel stay memorable. This aspect, combined with the other concerns, made our experience at the Next Story Hotel average at best.In summary, while the Next Story Hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay in Tbilisi, our experience was marred by issues with noise, an underwhelming breakfast, and a less than warm reception from the staff. These areas need significant improvement for a more satisfactory guest experience.
