+: Room was comfortable and clean (includes robes and tea kettle). Allowed an early AM checkin at no extra cost. In a great location — close walking distance to many things — including only 5 min from the sulphur baths.

-: Staff weren’t unfriendly, but you get the feeling they don’t care much for you. For example, when we’d greet them we wouldn’t get a response back. Water escapes the shower easily in the bathroom so our towels were soaked, but not replaced. We left the sign on our door for our room to be serviced and when we returned in the evening the sign had been flipped to “do not disturb” and our room uncleaned. There’s also a sort of vile smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. This could an issue Tbilisi wide as we’d sometimes get a hint of the smell in the street — but it’s definitely not pleasant. Breakfast is so so. You’re spoilt for options in Tbilisi — so might get better value for money elsewhere.

-: They should mention that coming with a taxi we have to call the property to open the gate to the street , especially for foreigners that don’t know Tbilisi

+: The staff was amazing, nice and very helpful!! They all speak a good enough level of English.Great location by the Sulphur baths area and below the fortress.Loved the breakfast with absolutely delicious home made cakes and most importantly the live music!! Never in my life - and I travel a lot- had my coffee with a classic guitar mini concert!!I had one of the largest room with a spacious terrace all perfect! Would definitely recommend it especially if you love cats! ;) you will meet and enjoy the company of the very elegant Kisi waiting for you at reception!

+: I loved the location of the hotel. It was right next to the Bath region and in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars that I had researched. It was tastefully decorated too and there was the sweetest cat called Kisi that would roam around! Gia picked us up from the airport and when we got to the hotel gave us a taste of Georgian wine and chacha!! Gia and Tara ordered us taxis and were extremely helpful!

-: I didn’t dislike anything about the hotel but it’s important to note that it is up a steep hill for those with mobility issues!

+: It's a small and cozy hotel with excellent service and pleasant vibe, especially I would highlight the breakfasts with local dishes) The location is also great, the heart of the old city with many restaurants and sightseeing.

-: The only unpleasant thing was the occasional cigarette smell from the bathroom vent.

+: Cozy hotel in the historical center of Tbilisi with nice view to old city. It is located in calm area next to the mosque. Breakfast is ok. We were happy with upgrade provided by hotel management.

-: Available parking is far from the hotel. Consider this on your planning
