+: Great stay!! Great location!! Friendly staff!! Good food cozy comfy rooms!! Spacious and practical!!

-: It was a little bit dirty under the beds.

+: The hotel has a good vibe and it sits on the edge of the ski slopes so you ski out of the front door and down to the first ski lift. There is a ski rental shop next door. After a day's skiing you can relax in the roof top pool, sauna or outdoor hot tub. Restaurant will keep you energized with food from breakfast to dinner.

-: The walls are not very well insulated for noise so if you are unlucky enough to have noisy night owl guests staying next door then your sleep might well suffer. Our bed was a little uncomfortable, it was probably due for replacement.

+: Loved the loft hotel!! Very laid back with good facilities great food. Lovely ambient comfortable restaurant. Staff are super amazing especially Taylor, Chloe and Daniel!! They absolutely went above and beyond and made our stay so special!! Friendly and approachable!!

-: The beds were a bit soft.

+: New, modern hotel with all facilities. Ski in, ski out is so convenient. Spa facilities are great, outdoor jacuzzi an awesome experience while snowing. Great breakfast buffet and custom-made omelettes and eggs.Hotel restaurant is excellent choice for dinner, but expect European prices.Reception staff was very helpful, even made reservation for our large group to nearby Pasanauri traditional restaurant.

-: Not enough ski lockers for everyone.

+: The breakfast was very good, especially the omelette etc but I would like some more traditional touches and signs to explain the food.The Spa is amazing.

-: Need to improve your environmental footprint. Work more on saving energy and water. E.g. put shampoo bars instead of liquid in plastic bottle. Ask the guest if they need a change of towels. Make automatic closure of lights and heating.

+: Location good. Very nice staffClean nice warm pool

-: Hottab very bad condition and not clean. Ski rent is under hotel control very nice staf until you need refund then lot of storys and bureaucracy. We returned equipment two days before the return date and were told we would receive a refund. On the day we came to get a refund, we claimed that the seller doesn't know English and couldn't say so and we have to go back to the store to be reprimanded.. nothing serious.. just disappointing that is the attitude. After all, the equipment was returned.

+: Loved everything about this property. Ski in ski out, ski rental right across the road, spa pool, restaurant all very nice. Beautiful view from our room.

-: The only thing I have to say is the beds are creaky, comfortable but creaky. Also NO sound proofing at all. I could hear everything upstairs, outside our room, even the elevator buzzer. Didn’t sleep very well.
