+: El hotel está muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de la playa. El staff es muy amoroso y cálido. La habitación estaba limpia, el agua caliente de la ducha funcionaba perfecta y tenía un balcón amplio y lindo. El desayuno bueno y la comida del Restaurant también buena. Muy satisfecha con mi estadía!

+: location only, close to the beach + a lot of restaurants around (only Georgian food though)

-: after reading all reviews we decided to book this place and were really disappointed. when we arrived there was no sign on the street, so had to ask someone at the restaurant on the ground floor, it turned out it’s owned by the same family, but it took about 10 mins to find someone to give us the key. we were escorted to the room by some tired lady who showed the room without saying any word. the room was not what we booked (double instead of quadruple) but she said that all she can offer. the room itself was not renovated for years and had power sockets fallen out of the wall with some wires out. also there were zero sockets near the bed and the light was just a lightbulb without any cover. there were no toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom. also it was not possible to take shower after midnight as there was no water pressure. cherry on top were 2 single mattresses of different size on a double bed, both exteremely old and dirty and bed sheet which were just 10cm wider than the mattress so after 5 minutes it all crumples and you have to lay on dirty mattresses with your naked body. for all of that we payed 92 lari per night ($33) for room with breakfast (cold rice porridge, cheapest fat sausages and instant coffee). at the end of the stay, they didn’t know how much money to charge for the room so we had to find our reservation and show them. you can stay at this place for a couple of nights but it shouldn’t cost more than 50 lari
