+: The host is so helpful and friendly. Fabulous breakfast and dinner. The view from the room is exceptional. Overall is very good!

+: Everything was perfect. The host - Marina was very hospitable and we all felt like a big Georgian family there. We had Georgian home cuisine both in breakfast and dinner which was prepared by Marina. The room was warm with a view to the mountains. Everything was tidy and clean. We will return to Hotel Toni again, the best experience I have ever had.

+: Very welcoming and family oriented.Big clean rooms.Note there is nothing to do in the evening - good for families but not for young adults.

-: Location is not great for skiing beginners (green):Hard to get to the green runs,Also if you are not comfortable with blue runs you would need to walk a few mins uphill when returning to the hotel.Food: plenty and nice, but not a lot of the traditional hinkalihachapuri.

+: The hotel is located next to the lift and great value for money. The owner Marina is very kind and you feeling like family. Food was traditional, home made and delicious. i would highly recommend this family hotel.

+: We loved the hospitality and home-cooked Georgian meals at Hotel Toni. :-) Marina and her family truly make guests feel welcome and at-home. Our kids were especially cared for, and Marina paid extra attention to them every day. Hotel Toni is super close to the ski lift and numerous ski rental shops (we'd recommend Ski Rental Olymp). A cherry-on-the-top was the cute and friendly husky, Buka, who loved playing in the snow with my kids as they built snowmen.

-: Not a reflection on the hotel at all, but access to the hotel was a bit tricky (need 4WD) up the hill. (Many thanks to Marina's husband who picked us up from the main road!)

+: This is a family hotel. The family is VERY nice. Whatever you need they are there for you.

-: The access to the place in the winter is challenging because of the snow.

+: If you want to see how Georgian hospitality looks like, you will be on the right place. Marina and Vasilij treated us as a family. The room was spacious. Hotel is next to the lift. Food is delicious.

+: This hotel excels in customer service. I read the reviews about Marina being like a mom to her guests and I was slightly sceptical. But from the minute Marina greeted us at the door, she has been the kindest, most caring, genuine and loving person you could ever meet. Nothing was a problem for Marina and she met all our special requests She set bar very high and I would not stay in any other place in Gudauri. We felt like being hosted by a family friend. When it comes to the food you certainly won't go hungry. Marina makes most of her food by herself. various salads, jams, marmalades, and tapenades (inc. homemade wine, by her husband). During the breakfast and dinner buffet, you are able to taste traditional home-cooked Georgian food. That was the highlight of our stay!!! The location is approx 45 m from the ski lift. Therefore you don't need to hire a taxi or take buses to the lift. You can ski from the hotel door to the lift and from the slope to the hotel doors. The hotel seemed to have been refurbished recently. Our room was very clean and very warm. In addition, the hotel has a sauna and communal room with sofas, a fireplace and table games.
