+: Right on the beach, beautiful sea, lots of pools

-: It’s massive. We had to walk 15min to eat, go to the beach, etc. I paid for a sea view and was “upgraded” to a swim-in room with no sea - view Doctor on site works 1hr day Food can be incredibly repetitive for 7 days

+: Great views, attentive staff, plenty of pools so you can always find a sun bed, shade etc. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Every meal service had plenty of options.

-: Whilst the breakfast buffet was consistently good. We found that numerous dishes at lunchevening all tasted the same or were exteremly salty. Not many greek options, very much catered to tourists. Would of loved to have tried more local dishes rather than burgers, chips and pizzas.Lots of deserts to choose from but all tasted very bland apart from the odd dish.

+: Le piscine molto curate e la struttura in generale era molto carina.

-: Le camere non venivano pulite.La nostra camera era situata nella struttura nuova e dal clima usciva una puzza di fogna terribile, gli interruttori della presa erano tutti appiccicosi e sporchi e i teli mare avevo i buchi.Ho avuto una brutta esperienza in quanto le camere innanzitutto non venivano pulite nonostante il cartello appeso fuori dalla porta. Alla sera ci toccava chiamare la reception per far notare la cosa.Dalla doccia della camera mentre mi lavavo è uscito un animale. (Foto)Nonostante abbiamo fatto presente questi svariati problemi (cosa che non ci si aspetta su un resort a 5 stelle) la reception ci ha indicato che avrebbero mandato la manutenzione e le pulizie. Ovviamente nessuno si è mai fatto vedere a tal punto che abbiamo chiesto il cambio della camera che è avvenuto solamente il giorno dopo… (la camera non era stata rifatta neanche quella sera)Per quanto riguarda i bar quello sulla spiaggia è abbandonato al suo destino, e tutti i bar offrono lo stesso cibo e le stesse cose da bere , cosa che secondo me potrebbero migliorare o proporre cose differenti.Hanno poco intrattenimento soprattutto per i giovani è più adatto a famiglie.

-: Pulizia imbarazzante. Per tre giorni senza le pulizie in camera nonostante fossimo fuori costantemente dalle 10 alle 19. In Spiaggia gli ombrelloni venivano occupati già alle 8:309, con gente che poi scendeva ore dopo.File per entrare al ristorante e al bar costantemente

+: +- Family Room with Sea View in the main building (close to the restaurants) with VERY NICE view. No sun umbrella nor pergola on the terrace = unusable during direct sunlight. + Lot of pools to choose from +- Close proximity of the decent Aquatica Aquapark (no food and drinks are allowed to bring with - you have to buy everything on site). Aquapark is not big. 2,5hours is sufficient to fully explore it and have fun. You have 10% discount when Porto Bello bracelet is shown. + LG smart TV in the rooms with HDMI ports to connect LaptopiPad and watch your own content + Usable Wi-Fi (EU data plan is still better choice) + Bring snorkels - there are fish in the sea + RunningJogging possibility along the beach or along the road to the nearest town Kardamaina. +- Hotel shop with good selection and cold Starbucks coffee. There is no immediate outside hotel shopping availability. You have to go 3km to the nearest town. +- I recommend to request room beside to pool to have proper shade and own sun loungers possibility. It seemed to me there are not enough sun loungers for the amount of guest (so you have to wake up early to put the towel on it - and of course use it during the day. You encounter lot of "reserved" sun loungers with no one using it through the whole day). No one is enforcing hotel rule which forbids block the sun lounger. +- Main hotel restaurant has decent international food selection. But we found greekasian cousine "weird" and unable to chose from. Dinner should start earlier. 7PM is too late. Inexplicably hotel sometimes opens the door for dinner at 6:45PM. So, if you come at 7 sharp you find no free table inside (airconditioned).

-: - COLD POOLS - only during one day (air was 40 C) it was pleasant to chill and play with the children in the pool. During other days (30-35 degrees and windy weather) the water was cold (our children were shaking during extended stay in the pool - essential tremor). Hotel should invest in the solar panels to have electricity for the pool heating.- Loud and leaky (water dripping) AC. One AC unit was weak the other one did not work. Technicians had to repair it twice. Even so it was loud and made strange noise. We were forced to switch it off during the night.- Full Inclusive gives you drinks in the cups. No bottles, no cans. Fridge is filled irregularly with cans (no Pepsi MAX). So you are forced to buy your own.- Water bottles are made from very thin plastic, so you spill the water around when opening the bottle for the first time.- Pool bars open at 11AM. Too late for us.- Rooms in the main buildings suffers from night music program noise (stops around 22:30) and cigarette smoke smell (in the basement there is hotel staff room where employees are smoking and the smell goes up through the stairs).- Public hotel restrooms stink- You often find garbage around the resort and on the beach.- Hotel beach beds (sun loungers) have BLACK LEATHER cushions. So any inch exposed without towel burns you alive.- Umbrellas around the pool and beach are small and provides insufficient shade coverage. Pergolas would be much better.- Family Room has thin doors and no sound insulation between the beds for adults and children. So it is merely just poor optical barrier between to room areas.- In room bathroom drainage smells badly.- Windy weather sometimes- Sea is cold - be prepared for it. Extended stay in it is not pleasant.- Beach has sand, but the sea entrance has rocks.- Hotel bins have separated slots for plastic and paper, BUT the bin lids with the appropriate labels are often displaced. So guests have no choice but to mix the waste without separation.

+: posizione e vista fantastici, mare bellissimo, villaggio curato con tante piscine a disposizione. staff gentile

-: tutte le bevande sono imbevibili, acqua compresa, il vino poi è la cosa più cattiva mai assaggiata: inaccettabile per un hotel di questo livello. Letti sfondati, abbiamo avuto mal di schiena tutta la settimana. Lettini in piscina e in spiaggia costantemente occupati da asciugamani "fantasma" anche se non si potrebbe, ma nessuno controlla
