+: Nie je už možné ešte viac superlatívov napísat ako bolo napísané predchádzajúcimi hosťami ale skúsim. Príjemné prekvapenie v noci nášho príchodu - bábovka, ovocná misa, víno, šunka, voda,syr, čo si može človek viac želať. Dalšie prekvapenie posledný den - moussaka, šalátová misa, víno, rybičky ..., fantastické. Kuchyna dokonle zariadená prakticky so všetkými spotrebičmi, ktoré má každý aj doma. A tu sme sa cítili ako doma. Prenajímatelia sa skutočne postarali o všetko v tomto príjemnom prostredí uprostred olivového hája. Xanthi sa príkladne starala o nás ale aj o jacuzzi. Vila - velmi velmi priestranná , pohodlná, takto si predstavujeme dovolenku - aj s hornou terasou s nádherným výhladom do okolia a na more. Jednoducho +++, Super,super : celé prostredie, ubytovanie. Vrelá vdaka za všetko Xanthi a M.Panagiota. Prídeme znova a doporučujeme každému kto chce navštíviť Rhodos.

+: Die griechische Gastfreundschaft in der Villa Elia könnte nicht größer sein. Alles perfekt und immer sofort geantwortet, auch um 22.00 Uhr. Die Kleinigkeiten machen es aus: super sauberes Geschirr und sehr ausreichend vorhanden, Dusche und Liegen auf dem Dach, Tischtennis, mehrere Balkone, überall Sitzgelegenheiten ... alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön zwischen Olivenbäumen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert und bietet den Vorteil, dass man an verschiedene Strände fahren kann. Wir waren jeden Tag an einem anderen Strand und fanden alle super. Vielen Dank für die große Gastfreundschaft, wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter und freuen uns auf ein nächstes mal

+: Very nice and spacious villa with many rooms, balconies and terraces. There's even a ping pong table that both children and adults will enjoy.The hosts were very helpful and provided us with water, wine, fruits and cake upon arrival and some Greek specialties later on.

+: Het beste was stille en rustige omgeving. Wij waren ver van grote hotels en andere touristische spots terwijl alles was in de loopafstand bereikbaar. Auto daar is eeen must maar dat is volgens ons geen nadeel. Deze hadden wij toch nodig om gehele ijland rond te rijden. Met 6 personen hedden wij ook voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten onze villa. Fitness apparatuur en tafeltennis mogen wij ook niet vergeten. Deze waren iedere dag in gebruik. Iedere slaapkamer had eigen terrasje en goed werkende airco. Keuken was vorzien in alle nodige apparatuur. Gewoon compleet. Xanthi, onze vriendelijke host was altijd bereikbaar. Jonge dame vol met passie en liefde voor de gasten en de Ijland zelf.

+: We were only three people staying at Villa Elia and enjoyed the tremendous space this house provides. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen, and the entire house is surrounded by balconies on every level. Plus a large front entrance patio to hang out at once the sun goes down, and where one could play table tennis or use the treadmill. Which we certainly did not at 35° Celsius! Xanthi who welcomed us is super nice, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. She supplied us with everything we needed for the first couple of days: water, wine, coffee, fruit, homemade cake and cookies, even homemade strawberry jam. She was very accommodating and truly went above and beyond her role as property manager! As did the owner of the house: she made a very tasty moussaka dish as well as a delicious Greek salad for us one night! Who could ask for more?! The little village Kolymbia has a few excellent restaurants, especially down at the little harbor (try the fried calamari at "Nisaki" seafood restaurant!). Best beach by far: Tsampika. Forget Anthony Quinn Beach or St. Paul's Bay! Too crowded! Not worth the hype they get. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Villa Elia and give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you, Xanthi!

-: Showers could do with having a holder for the shower head to make showering easier and prevent flooding on bathroom floor from shower

+: Inmitten von Olivenhainen gelegen verwöhnt das Haus mit außerordentlicher Ruhe !Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch als Selbstversorger bestens geeignet, da mit großer Küche und allen wichtigen Geräten, kann man hier alle Speisen zubereiten. Die Lage auf der Insel ist auch Top, da kurze Wege in alle Richtungen. Rhodos Stadt, Lindos oder Westküste. Alles innerhalb 30min. per Auto erreichbar. Mietwagen ist hier obligatorisch. Die Krönung des ganzen sind aber die Vermieter! So herzlich liebe Leute! Xanthi, ihre Mutti und auch Tina haben sich sehr sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es gab zur Begrüßung einen vorgefüllten Kühlschrank. Zwischendurch immer mal etwas selbst gebackenes oder gekochtes. Und alles so lecker !!! Die Kommunikation war ohne Probleme jederzeit möglich.Was soll ich sonst sagen… ein Haus was ich bedenkenlos jederzeit empfehlen kann!Ich reise schon seit mehreren Jahren nach Rhodos. Immer verschiedene Destinationen. Mal Hotel, mal Ferienhaus oder Wohnung. Dieses Jahr das erste mal in der Villa Elia. Bestimmt nicht das letzte mal !!!

+: There were 8 of us, and we spent a wonderful week at villa Elia 👌 The house is huge, comfortable, modern, with everything you need, including amazing terrace to enjoy sunsets! It’s situated between olive trees and the place is absolutely calm. Even with children, it took us about 15 minutes on foot to reach the sea, and also 10-20 minutes to a bus stop, some shops and restaurants, bikes and car rentals. The hosts are really great, very supportive and helpful, very nice and always reachable 🥰 Welcome dinner was so touching and tasty!!! Thanks a lot, highly recommend!
