+: I stayed in this very nice and modern hotel during a short visit to Heraklion. The location is great, right in the centre. My room was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can also recommend the SPA where I had an exceptionally good massage by Georgina.

-: Breakfast could improve.

+: Very close to the centre. Amazing pool and jacuzzi facilities that you got for 1hr each day (must book a time with the spa receptionist) along with a 15min free spa treatment. To use the sauna and steam room this is an extra cost, all this ensures that the pool and spa is never over crowded.The breakfast was superb. Friendly bar and spa staff. Room was large and very comfortable.

-: If you cannot get 1 of the 3 parking spaces outside the hotel then you must use the 15€ per day car park.
