+: Excellent and substantial breakfast based on what you select from a menu list. You can enjoy eating it next to the pool. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff at the barcanteen area. Silent place 5 minutes walking to the beach with several restaurants available. Also, two car rental options (minimum) available within 5 minutes walking. We had a really great time.

-: Nothing about the place itself. However as far as the location, best to rent a car if you also want to visit the sights in the region. There is a bus stop (e.g. to get to Heraklion) though within 10-15 minutes walking, but at times it turned out to be unreliable.

+: Es war ein kleines Hotel, es war alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, ordentlicher Spielplatz für Kinder vorhanden, sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld (wegen Transfer vomzum Flughafen und Babybett).

-: Ausstattung der Küche war nicht so gut (z.B. Geschirr), keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück (Frühstück war aber immer lecker).

+: We stayed in one bedroom apartment (2 adults and 2 kids), the apartment is very spacious (much bigger than in other similar accommodations), nice modern design,The staff were very friendly.Delicious breakfast (prepared fresh for you).Great location (couple of minutes walk to a really nice beach). Our kids enjoyed little playground with swings.Air conditioner is very good (in the living room area only) and included in the price. Shower is very good.

-: The balcony had a line for drying clothes but nothing got dry in there so we had to dry kids swimsuits outside.Very small territory.Supermarkets with good selection of fresh fruitsveg are quite far.

+: The staff at the hotel were great especially Katerina who deserves a medal for addressing every request or concern professionally and quickly.

-: This is an old hotel which has been refurbished and is somewhat basic as a result. The community it's in is largely populated by tourists who are "beamed in" to sunbathe and party for a few days and go home. If you are wanting to see Crete and see the historical sites and experience Greek culture this location is not ideal. The restaurants are total tourist traps and the food was not authentic and overpriced especially "ISLA".....avoid it at all costs!!! Every meal on Crete and the rest of my Greece travels was way better!!

+: Très bien situé, au calme dans une impasse. Proche de la plage. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Résidence à taille humaine donc on n'est pas les uns sur les autres.Lit très confortable. Chambre très spacieuse. Rangements multiples. Espace balcon très appréciable.

-: Kitchenette vraiment minuscule dans la chambre 101. Pas de plan de travail ni de place pour faire sécher la vaisselle. Beaucoup de fourmis peut-être à cause de l'emplacement de la chambre en contrebas. Manque de rangement ou d'étagère dans la sdb. Un espace laverie serait appréciable également
