+: Check in staff were amazing. The app was fantastic and the food was excellent Also - well done to the person who took peoples towels off their sunbed who reserved but didn’t come down before 10.

-: The wait times around the lobby bar area for drinks - they need more staff. The white wine wasn’t very nice.

+: The food was always fresh and tasty. Housekeeping were excellent. Evening entertainment good quality. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were basic yet comfortable and we thought the property was charming in its layout. We enjoyed the size of the balconies and the views were beautiful. When we left on the last day our transfer let us down and the front desk were really helpful in re arranging a new transfer for us. The location is really beautiful and it was easy to rent a car from the local third party company.The trainee staff members stood out to us as excellent, providing the best and most personable service to us all week.We thought the restaurant offering, despite some of the dining spaces doubling up as two of the ‘restaurants’ were good and the food was tasty.Transfers to and from the beach were good. WhatsApp service to the front desk was a great idea and very effective.We would generally say that this hotel is really a very good three star experience. Lindos really need to improve on their details and customer experience to elevate the brand into five star territory.

-: Before you read my negative feedback, in the hope of not sounding like an entitled snob, please read this with the lens of my expectations being that the hotel is, as advertised, 5 star.We found 50% of the staff to be kind and helpful and we found the other 50% to be boarder line moody or in need of some hospitality training. If this hotel had been 3 stars it would have met my expectations but unfortunately I wouldn’t give this property 5 stars simply down to service being sub-par. We walked away sometimes feeling like we had inconvenienced staff members for asking for a drink.Although the following example is not a big deal, it speaks of the point I’m making…on one of the first days at breakfast we asked the waitress for ice and lemon with our soda water, she continued to tell us that we could find lemon at the bar if we wanted some.Emphasising how this isn’t a big deal, but with the property claiming to be five star, small details such as this one collectively make the experience feel less premium. We had a handful of other moments similar to this one across the hotel that just sat badly with us upon reflecting on our time at Lindos Village.We found a couple of staff members speaking badly of their colleagues to guests at dinner and we consistently found a small number of the restaurant staff to have a consistently bad mood over our 9 day stay.The drinks were also notably not great, often tasting more like fruit juice than alcohol. I asked for a G&T one night and got a tiny bit of gin with a large glass of soda water, which was odd.We found it disappointing that after you use the four coffee capsules in the room you are charged €2 per capsule refilled.The rooms are visibly tired and in need of some renovation. The shower regularly flooded our room.We found it strange that staff of the hotel dine in the same restaurant as guests and can often be found on their phones when not working.

+: Good sized room, wide selection of cuisines, friendly and attentive staff, clean and good facilities.

-: Équipements peu confortables, manque d’entretien surtout pour les extérieurs, personnel et service à la piscine catastrophique (oublis de commandes, temps d’attente énorme et le personnel remballe déjà votre parasol à 17:00). Les chambres méritent une rénovation complète.
