+: Fantastic location and lovely staff. Hot tub was a highlight with great view

+: Très contente d'avoir choisi cet hôtel super à tout niveau: Très bon accueil, sympathie, disponibilité, avec toutes les explications données, on a même eu un sur-classement. Petit-déjeuner copieux et avec plusieurs menus au choix à commander la veille au soir; appartement spacieux et bien équipé, très propre, comme neuf, avec salon (canapé, table, chaise), grand lit confortable, coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur, bouilloire avec dosettes de café, sucre, et machine à café avec 4 capsules de café gratuits, belle et grande salle de bain, peignoirs et chaussons, serviettes de bain pour le jacuzzi. Magnifique et sublime vue de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur sur la mer et les îles, très grande terrasse sans vis-à-vis avec plusieurs canapés, table et chaises pour manger, 2 chaises longues et le jacuzzi à l'abri des regards. Possibilité de commander des repas en avertissant assez tôt. A noter les escaliers à monter mais ça fait de l'exercice, on est à Santorin ! Parking gratuit et sûr pas très loin. Oia est une ville magnifique, tout comme toute l'île que nous avons visitée en louant une voiture. Et merci au gentil monsieur qui a porté les valises au début et fin de séjour !

-: Rien, juste de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps dans ce cadre idyllique ! De super souvenirs de ce lieu que nous ne pouvons pas oublier !

+: We traveled after season but it was magical. The place and view was gorgious. We got upgraded to a suite for free. We had a beautiful sunset on the sea view. When we arrived we had a warm welcome, Janet explained what we needed to know around the island and helped plan our itinerary.

+: This place was right from storybooks. The views are breathtaking but more than that the staff were friendly, prompt to help and everything was wonderful. I had heard so many stories about how hard it is in oia to get to hotels due to steps but we didn’t even see our luggage until it was in the room and then back in the car on our way out. The staff and level of service was outstanding!

+: Location was superb. So much value.

-: Provide separate honey and more of it instead of putting it on the yogurt. Also the hamburger was overcooked and inedible. More croissants please.

+: View, bed, location, sunset view, the fact they brought the breakfast to the room every morning.

-: I loved everything about it.
