+: It was a beautiful setting just off the main Street so an easy walk to the harbour, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was great.

-: We didn't use the upstairs bedroom as it was accessed via a spiral staircase but the downstairs bedroom was lovely and had doors onto a small rear balcony. The kitchen is very cramped but i would say the apartment is fine for two people but perhaps too small for four.

+: I love the location and the pool. The owner Ellen is very accommodating and her staff are very friendly and helpful.

-: I do not like the shower and shower curtain that sticks to you. There is not enough storage in the bathroom.

+: the peace and location...garden so pretty and everywhere spotless, inc pool. Rooms were airy and as we have been before even better with the upgrade it has been given.

+: Loved the pool area and adjoining terrace. Location just on perimeter of town centre ideal.Any issues were responded to quickly and appropriately by the owneragents.

-: Apartments need a redesign, but had all the basic amenities. Leaky showers . Nearby cockerel and barking dogs annoying at night.

+: A lovely small friendly complex. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area was well equipped with loungers. Just a 5 minute stroll to the bars, restaurants and harbour but quiet and peaceful at the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would return.

+: The location was excellent and quiet. Only a 5 min stroll into Kassiopi and 20 min walk to the beach. The pool is very clean and in beautifully maintained gardens.

-: No host around to ask any questions so only way to get help is to send an email and wait patiently for a response. Linen not provided for double bed and were told it would be sorted the next day but it wasn’t. Response to email was very rude. The beautiful location and property more than makes up for the poor customer service though.

+: we loved our stay at Mary Helen apartments. Our hosts were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The accommodation was fairly basic but exactly as we expected so delivered. The outdoor space was stunning - a beautiful little Idaho. The pool was lovely and clean and the gardens were just gorgeous and well maintained. Its an easy 5 min walk into town and close to all amenities. Highly recommend
