-: Balkon ohne Sonnenschutz.Poolbar wäre da, wird aber nicht betrieben.Ziemlich veralteter Allgemeinzustand und sehr hellhörig.Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig.

+: Le calme et la proximite du centre ville

+: Clean, bed was comfortable and it was good value. Pool was a bonus but only used once.

-: The properties position, on a small ridge close to the sea made it very exposed. We had high winds, it was incredibly noisy with doors banging etc. We didn't get a full nights sleep on any night. Of course they can't control the wind, but it can be very windy in Plakias and it seemed the building just couldn't cope.We also ran out of hot water one evening.The building is showing its age, an update would help.The reading lights were far too bright, needs some lower power bulbs

+: Nice swimming pool. Big room.

-: They are renovating this place. So somethings are really nice and up to date. Like the swimming pool and the entrance. But the furniture was sometimes a little bit older.
