+: Great location close to shops, food and the bus. 20 minute walk to the good beaches.

-: You will need earplugs to sleep. Plan a luggage locker if you have a big bag. All of these things I was aware of before booking this room.

+: Superbe immeuble décoré avec goût.

-: Chambre un peu bruyante.

+: The property has a perfect location in Chania city center. You will be 4 minutes walking from the bus station, 5 minutes walking from the old city, 15 minutes walking from the beach. There are excellent coffee places, bakeries, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies and restaurants around it. The building is old, but fully renovated, fresh, and has a charming style. In addition, the place was immaculate clean, daily cleaning service, big, new and comfortable bed and mattress, spotless bathroom. Not noisy at all, despite being in a busy square. The receptionist and the cleaning lady were helpful and nice, ready to assist you with anything you might need.

-: Not an issue for us, but keep in mind they do not have an elevator and are not allowed to install one in such an establishment. We stayed at the 2nd floor, but the stairs are large and wide enough to climb. Unless you have mobility issues, this is not an inconvenience.
