+: The location of Sofia Pension in the old town was perfect. Located in the old town, our room was close to everything but set back from the bars and clubs etc. We found some excellent cafes for breakfast just around the corner (Porca Vacca was our favourite for fruit and yoghurt). The room was very reasonably priced a good size and had a very comfy bed. The host was really friendly and was very helpful.

-: We left the window open one night to let the fresh air in but one of the bars was quite noisy. Thankfully you couldn’t hear a thing when the window was closed so we opted for the air con the following evening!

+: Very convenient location within the old city walled area of Rhodes. A 10 minute walk from the bus station or taxi drop-off. Sofia, the owner, was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She is not there all the time - but she is very responsive. Very nice to sit with her, have a cup of coffee and hear about some of her life. The main tourist sites are within easy walking distance, along with many bars and restaurants. The back streets of the old medieval city also have small artisanal shops and surprising little squares, churches etc.

-: The only thing that could have been improved was the Wifi signal strength, but we managed ok.

+: The room was immaculately clean and serviced daily. The breakfasts made by the lovely Sofia were homemade and excellent. Loved the verandah space to sit out and relax. Also the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Lots of pot plants and a great location; very quiet and yet right in the centre of the old city.

-: Nothing at all.

+: Had a great stay at this pension. Great location, in a quiete part of the old town but just a very short walk from the restaurants and shopping area. Sofia is a lovely, very helpful host.
