+: Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es liegt auf einem Bergrücken mit wunderbarem Blick auf Mykonos Stadt und Ägäis Richtung Westen. Die Lage macht es aber auch sehr anfällig für Wind, was in der Region sehr oft anzutreffen ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Stadt ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier sollte man sich aber einen Weg suchen, der nicht unbedingt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße entlang führt.

-: Leider entspricht dieses Hotel keinem 5-Sterne Status. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt (haben das erste Zimmer wegen der Lage - trotz entsprechender Buchung kein Meerblick und viel zu kleiner Balkon, auf dem nicht mal zwei Personen sitzen konnten- und Ausstattung gewechselt), renovierungsbedürftig und und entsprechen nicht einem hochwertigen Hotel. Die Beleuchtung der Zimmer war "kalt" und nicht gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war eher "billig" wirkte zusammengewürfelt und entsprach auch nicht einem hochwertigen Hotel. Ein klares Konzept, wie ich es in anderen vergleichbaren Hotels erlebt habe, war hier nicht zu erkennen. Das Frühstück war ok aber leider nicht abwechslungsreich. Auch hier würde ich bei einem 5-Sterne-Haus anderes erwarten. Der Poolbereich ist wegen des Ausblicks zwar hervorragend gelegen, aber es fehlte leider ein entsprechender Windschutz (den gibt es nur für ca. drei Liegen. Doppelliegen sehen gut aus, führten aber dazu, dass der Poolbereich schnell komplett belegt war, da einzelne Personen Doppelliegen belegten.

+: customer service was amazing , everyone was so friendly and helpful15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes in a public transport (very reliable) 10:30 last bus otherwise a taxi £15 max not even , vegan vegetarian friendly , excellent location , facilities , even the music playing around the place was lovely i cant recommended enough10 out of 10

-: the rooms are very spacious

+: There was breakfast included, and it was nice, very basic, but something there for everyone to eat. Location was amazing, we hired a car and it was so easy to get to town. There’s also a parking lot to park your hired car. The swimming pool was stunning and the view was exceptional. Towels were provided at the pool. It is very windy though and would feel quite cold (we went during October). They also provide towels to go to the beach. The room was super comfortable and cleaned every day. They also provided a lot of water in the room every day which is very nice. The staff are so nice, extremely helpful and always at hand to help with any queries.

-: The air condition in our room wasn’t working. However, the staff were aware and called to send someone to look at it. We were also told we couldn’t consume our own food and drinks at the pool and were threatened with a fine if we did so. However, when we visited the pool at another time, we saw other hotel guests consuming their own snacks at the pool.

+: Espectacular, buenas instalaciones (gimnasio, sauna, piscina, etc) y mejores vistas del atardecer en lo alto del promontorio. Para repetir sin duda.

+: Éramos dois casais,ok.Nos colocaram em um quarto tipo conjugado,era separado por uma sala,ficou meio estranho mas deu para passar as 3 noites que iríamos ficar.
