+: De werknemers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het zwembad is schoon en 24 uur per dag toegankelijk. De kamers zijn stil en de airco werkt goed. Dat was fijn want ook 's nachts was het niet onder de 30 graden. Wij vonden de bedden erg lekker slapen. Er gaat 4 keer per dag een gratis shuttlebusje naar het strand. Er is een klein winkeltje en een bar. We hebben een heerlijke verblijf gehad.

-: Als je naar het stadje loopt (15 min) moet je naast een 100 km weg lopen. De douchecabine heeft geen deur.

+: Chambre fraichement rénovée située au 1er étage. Climatisation fonctionnelle comme le wifi et la télévision. Petit frigo très appréciable par les fortes chaleurs. La literie est bien et confortable. Belle petite terrasse très pratique pour faire sécher les serviettes. La serveuse se démenait au maximum pour essayer de satisfaire les clients mécontents et courrait dans tous les sens. La piscine était bien entretenue par la même personne qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner.

-: Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles. Dans la salle de bain l'abattant de la cuvette des WC ne tenait pas en position ouverte, très contraignant lorsqu'on a besoin d'utiliser les toilettes, le problème a été signalé mais n'a jamais été pris en compte au cours de notre séjour. Le ménage n'a été fait que 2 fois avec une qualité médiocre, les draps ont été changés une fois en 8 jours et nous avons dû faire nous même notre lit, le drap du dessus étant juste posé au bout du lit. Comme les sacs poubelles de la salle de bain et de la chambre qui étaient posés sur les poubelles, c'étaient à nous de les mettre dans les poubelles. Nous avions pris une 12 pension, les petits-déjeuner étaient servis à partir de 8h30 (pas avant donc compliqué lorsque vous avez des excursions prévues tôt le matin) sous forme de buffet avec très peu de choix et de qualité très moyenne, le café était infecte comme le jus d'orange au délicieux gout chimique ! Les tables et les chaises étaient plus ou moins bien nettoyées des restes de nourriture de la veille. Quant au dîner, ce fut la catastrophe, une véritable arnaque !! Aucun restaurant présent juste un banal snack ! Le propriétaire nous a pris de haut et nous a indiqué que la 12 pension comprenait une salade grecque pour 2 et un plat chacun, aucun dessert cela lui coûterait trop cher. Tout cela sur un air méprisant. Sur le comptoir une liste de quelques plats typiques grecs, des pizzas surgelées, une unique entrée, une assiette de frites et autres sandwichs , qui, une fois que vous avez passé commande vont être réchauffés. Vous attendez sagement à votre table et à maintes reprises vous vous entendez dire que ce que vous avez choisi n'est pas disponible.

+: Absolutely nothing

-: Everything. The managerowner of the hotel was incredibly rude, patronising and demeaning. Upon requesting for extra towels, he stated that washing towels is a huge cost for him and that we as customers would have to pay for an extra towel. He also queried our air con usage (it was extremely hot during a heat wave), also stating the huge cost of using air con and that we should turn it off. Customer service was not at the centre of this hotel. The picture didn’t match the room. The room was so small and with our particular room, there was a security issue. Our door didn’t lock. It was a complete struggle and battle to lock the door, having to go down to reception every single day before we went out so that a member of staff could lock the door. I know this may not be for other rooms, but it was with our room; completely ruining the experience. We kept asking for a room change because of the security issue of not being able to look our door during the day and at night, as well as seeing if they could send someone out to fix the door. The managers handling of the situation was not the best, stating that “it would be very expensive to call someone out to fix the door during this busy season”. No solution was presented on his end, which was very frustrating; especially as when they did lock the door and we came back to our room; we noticed that the door was not locked at all and someone had been in our room. Needless to say, the experience was not pleasant at all; forcing us to checkout extremely early and moving to another hotel. I go to hotels quite a lot, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to or experienced. Poor customer service, rude staff, and hostel living conditions. Simply the worst and I would not recommend at all.

-: I would definitely not recommend the hotel. The hygiene is really bad and the rooms are old and dirty (check the pictures). When we arrived, the rooms were not cleaned at all. There was blood in the shower and the toilet had skid marks. Furthermore, the bed had dirty sheets. Immediately after we contacted someone to check the rooms. The director came and made a bunch of excuses and that they lack staff to clean the hotel. As a solution he told us to just go to another hotel (unfortunately everything else was full booked). Exactly the same happened to another family who checked in. They were also told to just leave if. He told us that everything will be cleaned the next day and of course the room was still the same trash. The bad hygiene at the hotel and dirty rooms really ruined our holidays. Even the breakfast was disgusting and the cutlery was not cleaned well. It was every day the same food and when you are lucky you can have some fruit (if some is left because they have a limited amount). Also the location was very bad, closely to the main road.
