+: The house is really spacious, well-equipped, modern.The views are breathtaking. The garden and the pool area are beautiful. The should rather have a car, but the location is really good - just between Chania and the most famous beaches of western Crete.I sincerly recommend this house - really good value for money! Would love to be back!

+: A perfect house, inside and outside with a swimming pool and very nice dardening, in a perfect location.Nikos is a wonderful host, helped us a lot in planning before coming and also during the stay.

+: Super, alles echt super! Gastvrije host. Die graag advies gaf over de omgeving, restaurants, … Heel proper en verzorgd. Mooie tuin, groot zwembad. Verschillende terrassen. Alles wat je maar kan bedenken is aanwezig.

+: La posizione della villa è ottima. Non distante dalle 3 4 più belle spiagge di creta. Vicino a supermercato e molti ristoranti. Vicino a spiagge attrezzate e gode di una bellissima vista.Villa creata per viverci quindi arredata bene con gusto dotata di ogni confort. La cucina è super equipaggiata da vettovaglie elettrodomestici etc. La piscina e il giardino sono bellissimi e molto ben curati. Possibilità di barbecue e pranzi e cene con vista stupenda. Le camere sono comode e ben arredate, bagni grandi e attrezzati. Una terrazza domina una vista mozzafiato e anche la terrazza è bellissimo luogo di incontro. Oltre alle 3 camere la zona notte del soggiorno davvero grande con divano letto, vi è appartamento separato accanto al garage per latte 2 o 4 persone.

-: Purtroppo 2 dei bellissimi alberi attorno alla piscina si sono un po' ammalati e credo dovranno essere sostituiti

+: it felt like a palace, beautifully presented with very spacious rooms and wonderful views of mountains and coast from all rooms. There were multiple outside seating dining areas including shaded bbq area next to the pool and a vast rooftop terrace. The pool was large and well maintained as was the garden and all outside areas were private and secluded. The kitchen was very well equipped for self catering. the owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful, leaving a substantial welcome pack including home made honey, cakes, raki and wine. They were incredibly responsive, addressing a very minor query we had straight away ( even though the owner was in hospital after an accident his father in law stepped in).

-: There is a busy road nearby which you can sometimes hear depending on wind directionweather but it did not bother us. it was also not detectable from the sun lounging area in the garden.

+: Villa Dimokratia opfylder alle de ønsker vi havde forud for vores ankomst og mere til. Swimmingpool er pragtfuldt og hygge området ved siden af er super dejlig. Der er en fantastisk udsigt fra den store terrasse på 1 sal hvor der er udsigt til havet og bjergene. Villaen er rigtig godt udstyret med et dejligt stort køkken, hvor der ikke mangler noget. Værelserne er også i top og sengene er super fine.

+: Warm reception, extremaly friendly and helpful host, responsive 247, flexible check-inout hours, villa in perfect shape, very well equipped and maintained, nice location , approx. 1 hr drive from the Chania airport. Cleaning service, towel and bed change in 4 days. Highly recommended spot for familys or friends (comfortable up to 8 people). Bikes for rent nearby and lots of places to go. What else should you need ...? Five star service, many thanks Nikos ! As one week was not enough , will definitely come again !!!--

+: Lovely house and amazing pool. The washing machine was very handy. We couldn’t have asked for a better location with children- we didn’t have to travel too far to get to places, winery, beach, tavernsrestaurants close by by car. Just over 1 hour to get to the famous Elafonissi beach. Toiletries were provided - soap, shampooshower gel, conditioner and body lotion which was a lovely touch.

-: We were a group of 2 families with children. The apartmentannexe is cut off from the main house so we didn’t use it - This would be good for a couple or grandparents. Therefore we had to use the sofa bed in the main living area which is not the most ideal.

+: Villa nuova e perfettamente mantenuta, ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. Posizione panoramica e comoda per la superstrada (a 200mt) e per il paese (a 1 km). Cucina ampia e completa. 2 zone soggiorno interne, letti confortevoli. TV in tutte le camere e in soggiorno (55"). Ampia terrazza al piano superiore e 2 terrazze al piano rialzato. Giardino perfetto con fiori e alberi da frutto. Zona pranzo a bordo piscina con barbecue a gas. Ampio parcheggio. Appartamento con accesso indipendente al piano terreno.Ma soprattutto un'accoglienza ed un'ospitalità davvero apprezzabili, con omaggio di prodotti locali (vino, raki, miele, dolci, etc) e tanta attenzione e disponibilità.

+: Ein tolles, sauberes und voll ausgestattetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Im Haus selbst befinden sich drei separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, mehrer große und kleine Terrassen mit Meerblick sowie eine separate Einliegerwohnung mit Küche und Bad, die sehr gut von einer kleinen Familie mit Kind genutzt werden kann.Zum Haus gehört ein schöner und gepflegter Garten, der voller Obst und Gemüse ist. Dort befindet sich auch ein grosser, sauberer Pool mit einem Grillplatz und einer kleinen Aussenküche mit Kühlschrank. Der Eigentümer hat uns herzlich Hauswein, Raki, Olivenöl, Keksen und Kuchen begrüßt. Er war jederzeit bereit unsere Fragen zu beantworten und hatte viele wertvolle Empfehlungen. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder kommen ❤️
