+: Wundervoller Start in den Baliurlaub. Traumhafter Blick in den Dschungel, ganz ruhig gelegen. Ideal zum Ankommen.Personal sehr freundlich, Service top! Wir hatten die Villa mit Privatpool, kann ich nur empfehlen. Spa super schön, wie die gesamte sehr weitläufige Anlage. Alles sehr ruhig.

-: Frühstück, wie in Bali allgemein, eher spartanisch gehalten. Wurst, Käse gibt es nicht.

+: The location. The scenery was amazing and the staff so lovely.

-: The garbage had not been emptied before our arrival. We had to request towels for 2. We couldn’t book certain activities because they catered to a large group making us feel less in spite of paying the same price per room.

+: Everything, possibly the most incredible place I have ever stayed at. It seems another worlds, in the midst of the jungle. Rooms, restaurants, surroundings, gardens, spa, yoga room, pool, everything out of this world.

-: Nothing but bear in mind that you are remotely located so you go there for total relaxation and disconnection. Going to Ubud city is possible and I did it often but it takes time.

+: The property is remote but beautiful. It feels like you are in a jungle valley. The little paths and streets on the property can get very quite steep. But they have drivers to get you around on the property. The restaurant is open daily and serves good food, but nothing extraordinary. If you are interested in massages, please book your sessions before arrival. During our stay, we barely managed to get any treatment. We had to schedule our other activities around the last remaining time slot. The staff organized an excellent scooter for us, and the laundry service worked well. The massage we received was excellent. The meditation class was so-so. WiFi on the property is okay.

-: In general, the Villas are dated and require restoration. We received an upgrade to a Deluxe Spa Villa due to a large group that blocked all Superior Villas. Still, we didn't feel that the price would match the value. One wardrobe was damaged. The rooms smelt slightly moldy. Some corners and edges in the Villa were dusty and had dead insects. I understand it's in the jungle and presents challenges, but I have seen it better in other accommodations in Bali. What we didn't like at all was the shower area. We didn't dare to use it barefoot. This should get a proper cleaning treatment first. We consciously decided that we won't let these shortcomings spoil our mood, but I guess it is better to know beforehand what to expect.

+: Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön gelegen. Zwei Mal pro Tag kann man an bestimmte Zeiten kostenlos nach Ubud gefahren werden. Das Rest. ist durchgehend bis 22 Uhr offen. Shampoo und Seife in der Dusche vorhanden.

-: Überdurchschnittlich teuer. Wir hatten im Schlafraum ein Bienennest. Lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant. Man ist in der Anlage etwas gefangen. Es hat in der nahen Umgebung kein Dorf, das zu Fuss erreichbar wäre. Ubud Stadt liegt fast 1 Std Taxifahrt pro Weg entfernt. Jedes Mal, wenn man zum Pool, zum Spa, Yogaräume, Restaurant oder Lobby will, muss ein Auto Caddy tel. bestellt werden. Oder man geht zu Fuss zu den versch. gestreuten Pavillions. Aber die Wege vom Bungalow zu den erwähnten Orten sind extrem steil. Kein Yoga- oder Meditationslehrer vor Ort. Man kann in offene schöne Räume allein praktizieren oder reist mit einer Gruppe an, mit eigenem Lehrer. Schade, das Hotel sollte m.E. täglich durch einen Lehrer vor Ort wenigstens 1 Std. Yoga oder Meditationsstd. in Form von Klassen anbieten. Im Badezimmer sollten die Duschvorhänge mal gewaschen werden (Schimmel).

+: Beautiful garden and breathtaking architecture of the villas, wonderful staff, very tasty food, good massage.

-: The whole place is neglected, and dirty. When we first entered the villa, it smelled bad (like there was no fresh air for a very long time), we got towels with big holes by the pool.. etc. It is such a pity as this place could be magical with a bit more care.
