+: Nothing to like, villa was inhabitable. See my full review. the staff were very unhelpful and claimed that their manager was interstate. They tried to call him and could not get through to him, so they could not resolve anything. Staff on duty claimed to have no authority.

-: Inhabitable. Cracked paint and mold on the walls. Horrible smell of mold in the rooms. Untreated milky filthy pool. Filthy floors. Tomato sauce on the benches. Piles of broken furniture and rubbish in reception. Even if they cleaned it properly the smell and the pool made it inhabitable.

+: NOTHING. Villa was just unacceptable… dirty, smell bad : in one bathroom it’s smell pee, there is water on the ground and in the other bathroom the toilet is broken and the flush doesn’t work. Everything is damaged and dirty, nothing look like the pictures on Booking, this is clearly a SCAM! I ask the lady to change me the villa (2 bedrooms) they don’t have one available, so she give me a 1 bedroom villa but it’s similar, dirty and damaged, it’s unacceptable !! I left the villa and rebooked another establishment.

-: SCAM. and doesn’t refund you ! It’s unacceptable.

-: Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen. Lasst es von den Bildern nicht täuschen. Die Unterkunft war vielleicht mal vor 20 Jahren schön. Wir haben sowas dreckiges noch nie erlebt. Wir hätten 4 Nächte gebucht sind nach 1 Nacht abgereist weil die Unterkunft wirklich gesundheitsschädlich war, alles dreckig, schimmelig, die Ausstattung katastrophal und ein Geruch nicht zum aushalten. Sehr schade da die Unterkunft ansonsten echt schön sein hätte können, wenn man sich darum gekümmert hat. Bitte auch nicht vorab bezahlen da man das Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekommt, so haben wir 4 Nächte für nichts bezahlt.

-: The entire villa is dirty, kitchen, bathroom furniture,pool no mosquito nets as stated, universal power points to suit international travellers. Pool room services, towels not clean enough, windows without curtains ( lowest privacy). No cooking pots as it's required for a villa, cutlery and plates pathetic. It's shocking that this property would be acceptable by booking.com, the pictures on the internet are totally different from reality on the ground
