+: It was convenient and in a good location. Breakfast was a good spread of food. Pools were clean. Property well maintained.

-: When we checked in the toilet had pee stains on the toilet seat.

+: Everything was really good. The resort helped us by booking a transfer for us from the airport which was awesome, $30AUD, little expensive but so worth the peace of mind of not needing to navigate all of the taxi's after getting off a flight. We've stayed here before and so I knew what we were expecting. Breakfast was great, location great, pool was super nice and well maintained. The reception was spotless and so was the gardens and all footpaths. A lot of work obviously goes into the property. Staff were fantastic, couldn't fault them :)

-: Would love if the pool had more shade but the set up doesn't really allow for it. It is a little dated but it is a well kept property for its age - could do with some money put back into the rooms, things like updating the aircons and bathrooms would be ideal. Something done slowly over time as it is a large property. (our aircon worked beautifully, but a friends was a little touch and go - maintainance came to have a look but couldn't do anything to get it to work better). All in all, nothing that would stop us from staying here again :)

+: Fijne accommodatie, wij hadden een soort bungalow. Ideaal met baby. Ontbijt was super! Genoeg zwembaden en dichtbij het strand en centrum.

-: Het is allemaal wel een beetje verouderd. Ze mogen de kamers best een refresher geven!

+: The grounds were well keep it was clean, cleaning staff and breakfast staff nice

-: We have stayed there many times over the years including getting married there. Reception staff this time were very rude, and our room was very disappointing! Nothing we requested and staff were not obliging at all. Unfortunately would not stay there again

-: Fast alles ist schlecht und alt außer die Mitarbeiter die waren toll, das Hotel ist 40 Jahre alt und das ist definitiv nicht zu übersehen, die Einrichtung extrem alt und viel Plastik und oder Spanplatten , nur zwei Steckdosen für die man unter den Tisch kriechen muss mit dem Wasserkocher kommt man da niemals dran der übrigens durch kocht bis der irgendwann das Zimmer abfackelt . Frühstück reicht um nicht zu verhungern Abwechslung gleich null somit absolut Mangelhaft. Kein Safe im Zimmer aber an der Rezeption man gibt seinen Safe Schlüssel ab und bekommt die Box gereicht ohne mal nach zu fragen oder einen Check zu machen wer man denn ist oder welche Zimmer Nr. man hat ,wenn ein an anderer den Schlüssel findet ist nichts mehr da. es ist eher ein 2 Sterne Hotel entschuldigung wahrscheinlich eher ein riesen Hostel. 4 Sterne Kategorie ist hier eine Erfindung das hat nichts mit Landes Kategorie zu tun,als Beispiel Novotel Kuta in Lombok auch 4 Sterne oder Sheraton Sengigi in Lombok auch 4 Sterne preislich alle drei Hotels fast gleich . Preis Leistung ungenügend Fotos habe ich keine hinzugefügt das hat sich noch nicht mal gelohnt !

+: The staff were amazing friendly and polite. The pool area was nice location was convenient.

-: The breakfast is the same everyday after 3 days it gets repetitive. Rice and noodles for breakfast no thanks. And after 10 days eating eggs and Vegemite toast or eggs and pancakes gets boring. The pool temperature is to warm going for. A swim didn't cool me down. The beach area was really dirty this is not the hotels fault obviously.
