-: Dear Management Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your establishment, Ramada Encore. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention. First and foremost, we encountered significant problems with the room we were provided. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with reception, the hot water in our shower was consistently lukewarm at best, rendering it nearly unusable. Additionally, the level of construction noise emanating from what seemed to be activities on the floor above us was exceptionally disruptive. The incessant sound, reminiscent of furniture being dragged across the ceiling, greatly affected our ability to rest and enjoy our stay. Furthermore, there was a recurring unpleasant odor in the bathroom that resembled sewage, which was both unpleasant and concerning for hygiene reasons as I am also currently 7 months pregnant. This issue persisted throughout our stay despite our efforts to ventilate the area and notify reception staff. Regrettably, despite our repeated attempts to communicate these issues to the reception desk, we found that our concerns were not adequately addressed. We felt frustrated and disappointed by the lack of action taken to rectify the situation, leaving us with a sense of dissatisfaction and discomfort throughout our stay. As a loyal customer of Ramada properties, I had expected a higher standard of accommodation and service, and it pains me to say that our recent experience fell far short of this expectation. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and undertake appropriate measures to address the issues raised to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar difficulties.
