+: Un incroyable voyage au bout du monde avec mon amoureux. 9 jours à Wapa di Ume ce n’est pas assez tellement c’est magique. 2 magnifiques piscines, un service aux petits soins, des chambres cosy et épurées. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé à la moitié du séjour et de pouvoir profiter d’une suite avec piscine privée c’était INCROYABLE !!!! On a adoré les petits déjeuners copieux gourmands et on était si triste de les quitter. On a beaucoup apprécié le tea time chaque après midi à 15h30! L’eau de coco tout simplement délicieuse et on est niché dans les rizières c’est un environnement au delà du dépaysement. Les massages au top et la proximité avec le centre de Ubud fait qu’on descendait en ville à pied tous les jours d’une durée de 1215 minutes grand maximum! Merci encore pour votre service tout simplement parfait, votre bienveillance. Nous avons hâtes de revenir. Celia et Romain.

-: Keep your windows closed, there's a lot of mosquitos in Ubud generally and therefore a few in the room

+: Wow! Wow! Wow! This beautiful place was recommended for relaxing at the end of your trip, So that was the mind set we went in with. It was such a special place, the staff were so helpful, and compared to our other 3 hotels around Bali, this one had the best service by far, such a warm welcome. There were lovely little extras that made the stay so special. (Free Shuttle to town 4 times a day, fish feeding, porters, turn down, welcome juice and cold fruit, afternoon tea, yoga once a week) We are mid range kind of people, so this was our splurge ( we still got a deal during the wet season) We enjoyed room service and breakfast by the infinity pool, it was nice to not have to walk up to reception. My husband got sick and they took such care of him, got a Dr at 8pm on a big local holiday. (Cost was $283 with some meds and blood tests) they went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful. Gusti Putu Suparsa deserves a special mention, thank you. We were in room 708, next to the infinity pool. We loved it. Tip. It’s a big property, so make sure you contact reception before booking your room to see what would suit your needs. They are very helpful.

-: The hot water wasn’t always hot, sometimes lukewarm. Not a lot to say that we didn’t like.

+: The staff was very friendly and the suite spacious.

-: There was practically no Wifi and there's also only a few small waterbottles who are complementary

+: Quiet and peaceful location. My husband and i spent 3 days at Wapa di Ume and enjoyed every single moments. The suite has all you need to unwind. They also offer complimentary shuttle service tofrom Ubud centre and yoga classes but what i loved the most was all the authentic & local products we tried from breakfast to dinner.

+: The staff was extremely nice and made us love our stay there – absolutely superb! They always made sure we had all we needed and we're happy. Lots of options for the exclusive breakfast. There are three large pools in total, with numerous bars and restaurants. The restaurant had some sort of entertainment every single evening – local culture or musicians.
