-: Nothing although the pool area is unfortunately overlooked by apartments and the front terrace now looks directly at the wall of the university across the road. WiFi connection

+: The property is beautiful. Fabulous grounds and a nice pool. The fine dining restaurant TATU was delightful and the staff were very helpful and really nice.

+: The grounds are excellent - lush green, relaxing - and food at Lord Delamere terrace is quite good.

-: While the team was polite and professional, they didn't really go out of their way to assist. I asked to upgrade to a larger room (get the kingdeluxe rooms not the standard), at extra cost I was happy to pay for, and was told the team was busy. Also call an uber. The "Hotel taxi" is two to three times more expensive and it turned out to be the exact same driver and vehicle as the outside taxi which I'd taken the day before for half the rate the hotel charges. They basically called the taxi parked outside and charged more than double the fare the same guy charges.
