+: As always in sri lanka staff was very friendly and they did a great job. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a quite noisy street and it was very disturbing for us. All in all the hotel was a bit run down but it was clean. Across the street the beach is dirty however is a quick walkswim to the next hotel where the beach is nicer. By tuk tuk we paid 600 lkr to galle and to unawatuna since the hotel is right in the middle of the two.We were always alone on the roof top terrace. Didn’t like the drinks so much but food was amazing.In the groundfloor theres a cool store (tvp) who donate a part of their revenue to street dogs.

+: Good enough for a night, comfortable rooms with a decent view.

-: The location is not great, especially at nighttime. A little sketchy.

-: L’hôtel donne sur la main street c’est hyper bruyant!!Les chambres et communs sont assez vétustes, ça nous a dépanné une nuit mais je ne conseille pas.
