+: The room is clean and you have a good breakfast on the roof with a view

-: It is exactly on the main road and it is so noisy specially early in the morning. You have to sleep on air condition

+: The staff make the hotel here, they’re very willing to help you and accommodate your stay. Dropped off my bagage before check-in was no problem. Nice showers and good linnen and towels!

-: Slight point is the location close to the road, haven’t had issues with it but is worth noting.

+: Very clean apartaments close to the shore. Nice welcoming drinks. Clean bed sheets and towels. Hot water and new AC provided. Madam owner was extremely nice, profesional. We enjoyed our breakfast at the rooftop. It was one of the best views on the jungle.

-: One of apartment was facing the road, therefore there was a little bit of noise from the street in the room

+: Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel est au petit soin. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté d’une plage, à 10 minutes de Unawatuna et 30 minutes de Mirissa. Location de scooter sur place. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Le prix est plus que correct.

+: I liked this hotel and the style of the room. The bed was very comfortable, AC is included in the price. My room had a balcony, which is always nice. There is also a small desk if you need to get some work done The owner is a friendly person and I liked his hospitality. The terrace is amazing and spacious, overlooking the palms jungle.

-: Not a big problem, water pressure of shower was low in our room so it took a while to take a shower.
