+: Yes it is as amazing as the pictures suggest. An old spice merchants home and magical! Staff very attentive. Location perfect for the Forte

-: Mosquitoes but the whole forte has this issue, lots of repellent keeps them away though. Address is incorrect on the site (is the back way in), 70 Rampart St is the correct one. Sign hard to identify due to a plant.

+: It is a beautiful small hotel right in Galle Fort. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

-: The only issue we had was that we arrived quite late in the evening and had informed the property manager in advance and when we were on the way but when we arrived no one was there so we had to spend the night at another hotel. Bhasu who was there the following day was so great though and we had our room upgraded. Just wished we could have spent that first night there as well!

+: Beautifully renovated old building with lovely furniture. Great staff and exceptional food.The chef is very talented and the food was easily the best hotel food I had in Sri Lanka...

+: The staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make your stay perfect, they arranged laundry, cooked wonderful meals and were very friendly. The location is perfect for Galle Fort. The house is beautiful.
