-: Coupures d'eau et d'électricité régulières, certains équipements mériteraient un petit coup de frais, quelques couacs au niveau du service.

+: It’s a beautiful house on a beautiful beach. The staff was incredible!

-: Can’t swim right outside the property as there are currents. Only a short walk to calmer waters though

+: Fantastisk sted. Det sødeste personale. SÅ hjælpsomme. Der blev sørget for ALT! Højt serviceniveau og et meget idyllisk strand og udsigt.

-: Lidt larm fra vejen i det første værelse, men vi betalte for at rykke ud mod vandet.

+: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. nice house with a sense for detail. Especially Lakmal communicated very well with us, very responsive on WhatsApp and he took personally excellent care of us. Thanks a lot! beautiful surroundings with wild animals at the beach.

+: Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und haben es wirklich genossen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal war 1010 und die Ausstattung und Lage waren perfekt. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Auch der Service war 247 erreichbar. Mr. Mash und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit für alle Anliegen.

+: Die absolute Nähe zum Strand, der jeden Tag sehr gepflegt wird. Die aufmerksame Bedienung den ganzen Tag von Yohan. Schon morgens früh der 1. Kaffee wird auf der privaten Terasse serviert.Der Zimmer Reinigungsdienst war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Super Service!

-: qualità prezzo decisamente non corretta.dalle foto del sito Booking la struttura sembrava bellissima e di qualità superiore alla media. abbiamo pagato circa 600€ a notte e la struttura non vale sicuramente il prezzo richiesto. la camera dava su strada , si sentivano tutti i rumeni del traffico durante la notte , la vista pessima , la visuale dava su un rudere di un hotel fatiscente, dall’altra parte della strada.il personale è stato cordiale ma non a livello di una struttura prenotata a questo prezzo.in questa trattura i dettagli non sono curati, la cucina e la colazione deludente.

+: Close to Mirissa beach and hearty breakfast but cannot swim in the sea in front of the property. Location is good, 2 km and very cheap tuk tuk ride from the awesome Mirissa Central beach, Parrot rock and Coconut Tree Hill. Nice bathroom

-: Not clean enough, the pool in front of the Beach suite is quite dirty much like the big pool. Keep in mind there is no staff at the property and feels odd, everything is bound to their sister property which can easily be accessed by brief beach stroll so not a big issue. Coffee machine would be nice to have instead of the instant coffee, too

+: Beautiful villa with amazing views of the beach from throughout the property and from the pool. Nice relaxed atmosphere and staff constantly cleaning so kept immaculate. Rooms beautiful with big high ceilings and great shower. Twice daily room cleaning which is also nice. Staff very hard-working and did everything they could to help.Beach long and quiet - beautiful to walk along

-: There is no kitchen in the property - all food comes from one of Reveals other properties along the road which wasn’t an issue with breakfast as we pre-ordered and booked a time but it also meant the staff were unable to even give us a cup of coffee by the pool.The property itself, although immaturely clean, could do with some general upkeep - regroutingpaint around pool etc and the non-public areas were messy and disorganized. The back yard which was beneath our balcony was just full of rubbish and random items which kind of spoiled the view. Also you can’t swim at the beach outside the property as the currentswaves are unsuitable. Despite this the beach is beautiful to look at.The manager seemed friendly but told us there was a jazz bar at one of the other properties so we went along for a drink. There was no music but we felt we had to order a drink. 2 virgin mojitos cost us over £15!! All the food and drink on the menu were very very expensive.Overall we had a nice time but it definitely wasn’t 5 star and was very expensive for what it was. Would have been happy with it for £100-120 ish a night but not £270
