+: Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, alles sehr großflächig und ein wunderbarer großer riesiger Weiter Sandstrand.

+: The water villas have a beautiful interior design. The diving staff was great. Sushi master from the Philippines was super.

-: This hotel is lacking heart and soul. Even though everything seems beautiful, since its a new hotel. But you’ll realise early on, that the service culture there is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff gives you the feeling of being a number, which is proven by the fact that the hotel manager introduces himself to you several times and seems to constantly forget that he has talken to you the day before. Drinks for breakfast are usually only served as sson as you finished eating. Not going into detail how bad the cappuccino was…. And that serving a beer and coffee by the pool bar will take more than 15 mins. Also apparently it is impossible to clean the public toilets even though for some reason there was always staff standing in front of them. Being busy chatting. The maybe worst part is that the hotel feeds the fishes, including sharks during the night. When considering that a lot of guests are non-swimmers, it is absolutely unbelievable that anyone with a clear mind, could come up with the idea of feeding sharks anywhere nearby the hotel. Knowing that as a consequence the animals learn to come to that exact place to eat. As soon as we checked out we still had to wait for the water plan, but the receptionists literally kicked us out of the hotel which means that we werent meant to use the pool anymore but stay in a hall that was full of used cups, plates etc. and felt like a mensa from a highschool in the 90s. No professionally service trained hotel would ever do so. Leaving this hotel with that last encounter gives a bad feeling. Considering the price we paid, there are for sure amazing hotels and experiences waiting un other parts of the world, as well as in the maldives.

+: Everything was great. Staff is very kind especially water sport team was amazing at Funaqua especially Maisal, Mueen and Mueedh. Also during sunset was amazing live music by Daril from Cuba.

+: Wir können das Resort jederzeit empfehlen. Die Leute (ausnahmslos) sind alle sehr, sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Mit Bedienung in Restaurants und Zimmerservice waren wir immer äusserst zufrieden. Sowohl das Frühstückbuffet sowie das Abendessen-Buffet haben uns immer überzeugt (wir hatten nur BB bestellt), das Essen im Restaurant Fahreinheit oder a la carte im Bluefin war immer super, es kostet halt was (muss ja auch alles importiert werden). Einen herzlichen Dank an all die Leute, welche uns das Leben sehr, sehr angenehm gemacht haben.

-: Das Schnorcheln war eine leise Enttäuschung, da das Resort kein eigenes Hausriff hat. Man sieht zwar einige Fische, aber dafür extra raus zu fahren und viel Geld auszugeben lohnt sich unseres Erachtens nicht.

+: Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal ist super zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Es wird auf jede Kleinigkeit geachtet und das Personal merkt sich was man braucht und gerne mag. Das Essen ist von der Qualität und der Auswahl sehr gut und es gibt nichts was wir nicht gegessen oder probiert haben, obwohl wir nicht alles essen.

+: - La beauté de l’île et ses eaux turquoises. - La villa sur Pilotis est spacieuse et moderne. Nous étions coté sunset avec une vue a couper le souffle.- L’activité snorkeling incluse dans le séjour.- La mise à disposition des équipements type Kayak, paddle, palmesmasquestubas. - La gentillesse d’une partie du personnel. Mention particulière à Pauline et Jadhulla de la partie restauration et Shakhawat qui a su rendre notre séjour spécial avec de petites attentions dans la préparation de notre chambre tous les jours.

-: - Nous avons précisé plusieurs fois à l’équipe du management qu’il s’agit de notre lune de miel mais aucune attention particulière ou personnalisation n’a été faite à notre séjour, dommage…- La gestion des vélos est catastrophique. Ils n’ont pas assez de vélos pour le nombre de villas et en tant que client vous vous retrouvez à devoir « chasser » les vélos et les « cacher » pour ne pas vous retrouver à pieds. Ça n’a aucun sens.- Le team management n’est pas spécialement aidant dans le déroulé du séjour. Aucune indication sur les différentes choses, à explorer faire autour de l’île. - Les tarifs du room service sont très élevés et pas en accord avec la qualité des plats. De même pour le Splash bar. - Les produits de salle de bain devraient être en accord avec le lieu: crème solaire, après soleil etc - Les parties communes sont assez froides et sans vie. Le bluefish (restaurant principal) ressemble plutôt à une cantine qu’un restaurant de resort 5* même si la nourriture y est très bonne. En résumé : l’hôtel bénéficie du cadre extraordinaire et exceptionnel des Maldives mais n’est pas à la hauteur du standing attenduespéré.
