+: SENSACIONAL, infelizmente não tem como dar nota 11 no booking, Bangalô sensacional, com uma vista maravilhosa, somente à 15 minutos de lancha rápida (no desembarque no aerporto, só se dirigir ao stand do hotel, de lá o pessoal já te recebe com toda a atenção e passa para a recepção da ilha sua descrição - vestimenta, etc.), fazendo com que a sua chegada à ilha seja excepcionalmente agradável. a Lisa (hostess responsável por me acompanhar durante a minha estadia foi mais que demais, ultra atenciosa, perguntando à todo momento se precisava de algo, como estava a hospedagem. No quarto, a Tshering (esse é o nome dela) foi extremamente atenciosa, fazendo com que nossa estadia fosse excepcional, com certeza voltaremos em um futuro bem próximo (isso sem falar na comida all inclusive, bebidas muito boas sempre com a atenção e carinho de toda a equipe do hotel). Muito obrigado à toda a equipe.

+: The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. We liked the different variety of foods. I am not vegetarian but I got to try some new dishes I never thought of before. I especially liked how the wait staff made sure we like the food. If there was something we didn't like, they instantly replaced it with something else.

-: We didn't like the gift store didn't have merchandise from the hotel, only for Maldives. We didn't see any shirts or souvenirs for Lobigili.

+: When we travel, we want to discover the world and see as much as possible of our travel destination. We never stay at one hotel and we don't care much about the hotel selection. That is completely different in the Maldives: your hotel is your travel destination. The selection of the hotel is very important and I did a lot of research. Oblu Select has very good reviews but we were scared about the potential downsides or hidden flaws. Well...We could not find any! This hotel is THE best. We loved our stay. It was beyond our expectations and we didn't notice points of improvement. We had a water villa with pool and the room was so pretty. Just amazing! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I have never experienced something like that. Our host Mayrem was the sweetest. She was always there for us and helped us with whatever request we had. At the same time, she kept enough distance to respect our privacy. Every staff member was so sweet, helpful, respectful and caring. But without being pushy or indiscreet. The food was delicious and has the highest quality. There was enough variety: buffet, à la carte, live cooking and different restaurants. Eating at Oblu Select is an experience in itself. The underwater restaurant was a very special experience! It was great! We also recommend the floating breakfast and private movie night. The spa facilities are top notch. So professional and beautiful at the same time. I love the fact that this hotel is small-scale and has quietdiscreetrespectful quests. It never felt crowded. You can truly relax at this hotel because it avoids all 'party elements': no loud music, no club, no nightly events...Loud music and parties would be contradictory to the peaceful vibes of this hotel and island. If you realy need loud music or a party, you can visit the other island (connected by a bridge). The fact that this hotel is 'Adult Only' makes a huge different as well. No crying, no screaming, no tantrums.

-: Drop-off at the airport is way too early. We left the resort at 7am and our flight was at 10.25am. We needed 1 hour and 15 minutes to get on our plane. Don't waste your time at the airport. Enjoy your final moments at the hotel. The airport is total chaos because everybody is dropped off waaaay too early (3,4 or more hours) and they all get into the same line. Which is the worst scenario (logistically), does not make any sense and creates chaos. Don't be a part of it.
