+: Había comida rica y bebidas.

-: Primero reserve habitación doble con vista al mar y me dieron una con vista al restaurante y además habitación sencilla, pedí cambio y estaba lleno el hotel (mi reservación había sido con meses de anticipación) al día siguiente me cambiaron de mala gana a otra peor con más vista al restaurante y planta baja, les había pedido una más arriba por que se escucha mucho ruido en las de abajo y me ignoraron. Ya para losDos últimos si me movieron a lo que había reservado. En general fue una experiencia frustrante disfruté al final del viaje, no volvería a ese hotel.

-: Es un hotel bonito pero viejo al que le falta mucho mantenimiento, no tenían terminal cuando llegamos para pagar, no tienen nada caliente en el room service por la noche, no tenía teléfono (nos pusieron el de otra habitación), no servía el aire acondicionado, no tenía focos el lavabo, no ponían agua de cortesía y cualquier cosa que reclamabas te trataban mal. A los extranjeros les permiten fumar incluso donde hay letreros de prohibido, nadie te enseña la habitación ni te dice a qué tienes derecho ni nada, en fin, bastante malito.

+: The breakfast was the best the hotel had to offer I couldn't figure out why they hide the bacon every day you had to ask for it and she sparingly gave it out like it was gold.

-: The bedroom smelled like mildew if the air condition was off, the hot water stopped working for a day. My daughters birthday was ruined passport stolen, the other daughters phone got stolen on the beach. Wasted alot of money on this trip it was a terrible experience.

+: The spa is amazing .

-: The shower did not work and when it did , there was no hot water for 2 days of my stay . I was overcharged for a lobster dinner ( they told me an additional $21 would be charged to my room yet they charged my card $63.07) , and I was given fake money for reimbursement. When I went to the airport to convert the pesos they gave me at the hotel for the inconvenience, the airport staff said that the money was not real and cannot be exchanged .

+: I stayed ocean view and the room was outdated then we extended our stay and was in a partial ocean view on the 15th floor completely different modern room with a hot tub and rooftop pool .the snacks at the bars were decent But for the prI didn't mind having to step out for authentic Mexican seafood

-: The food it is a Canadian resort so they tried but it was buffet style but pretty flavorless but lots of options Iwent out to eat where locals eat the 6 dinner restaurants were better but you had to book at 9am or you couldn't get in

+: The beach was nice and there were plenty of cabanas. The rooftop pool had a nice breeze.

-: The food was AWFUL. It’s the same buffet every day and it’s low quality. The dinner restaurants were basically just buffet food plated more attractively. The service was mediocre at best. Bartenders acted like it was a nuisance to serve you. The drinks were watered down for sure. They even use 8% champagne for their mimosas to save money.
