+: Good food, clean and spacious rooms, everything was close and convenient.. amazing ocean views and great beach.

-: Pools and hot tubs were freezing! Birds everywhere.

+: Ubicación. Tiene una ubicación privlegiada. Se puede disfrutar muy bien de la playa. Las dos piscinas son excelentes, tienen suficientes camastros lo cual permite tener espacios agradables para descansar

-: Las habitaciones tienen un ambiente húmedo y helado que no se soluciona con el aire acondicionado que tienen, puesto que es muy antiguo.

+: Nurse Julietta was outstanding. Waiters were helpful. Lobby is attractive. Pool and beach was better than other Cozumel three stars..

-: Front desk manager was a very unhappy person, in my opinion. No customer empathy when they screwed up. Room was very outdated with mildew stains. On arrival light bulbs out and they could never get us a working safe.

+: Staff were helpful except one particular employee

-: THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE! We were very disappointed in the quality, and most of the food wasn't served at proper temperature. The alcohol drinks were watered down with mix. In our room there were no wash clothes or hand towels. When asking for towels at the front desk, we were told that the hotel had no wash cloths. We did finally receive a single hand towel. STAY AWAY from the front desk area where they solicit several types of excursions on the island. Its a RIPOFF See pics of Dune Buggy Rental sold by the hotel staff VS. The red POS Volkswagen which was what they provide. WE Refused and asked for a ride back to our hotel, which they denied a refund (I paid $70 12 of fee). After confronting several hotel employees I was given my $70 returned to me.

+: The beach and pool.

-: Where do I start with this horrible experience. First let me say that this is our second time here and not the experience we had the first time. This Time around when we arrived at 330 we had to wait in a line to check in and were not seen until 6. We requested a connecting room several months in advance as we had a family of 8, 6 of the party being small children. The front desk clerk assured us the room were connecting. When we got upstairs they were not even rooms right next to each other, one of the rooms was dirty and had a foul smell of mold and humidity. The second room did not have working air conditioning, or TV that worked, it had black in the sink, shower and also was dirty. I went down to speak with the same person who checked us in who appeared to be surprised when I told him the rooms were not connecting. He said the hotel was at capacity and the supervisor left so we would have to return tomorrow. I also spoke with another gentlemen he called who said to return tomorrow at 8. My husband then went down as one of the rooms was not habitable due to the odor and visible mold. He was told the same thing. We were advised to have all 8 of us sleep in the one room with two full beds. They brought us a roller bed. The next morning we went down at 8 were told to wait until 930 so we did. Omar who we were told to speak to said it was our choice if we didn’t want to sleep in the room. He offered us two rooms next to each other on another floor which were not connecting and also were quite beaten up and of poor quality. He offered connecting rooms but day three into our stay which is what we ended up doing. We split as a family which was really a shame as we were on vacation and couldn’t enjoy it together. Once we switched to the connecting rooms things were a they should have been from the start. The rooms were clean and connecting. The towel service was bad, we waited hours and were told when wanting to switch we couldn’t. I won’t be staying here again.

-: Mixed drinks were out of ingredients most of the time.
