+: Cada peso valió la pena! Es un hotel que deseas visitar todo el año, la comida, la atención, la diversión garantizada.Me encanta que ha incluye el acceso a todos los parques, la comida deli, la habitación de lujo también las camas súper cómodas! Todo me encanto!

+: This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, the food is delicious at all restaurants and a highlight for us was dinner at Tah-Xido - the food here is exceptional. The staff were incredible. From the checkin process all the way through to checkout and airport transfer, we received amazing service. We were waited on every second of the day, your cup will never be empty. We especially want to thank Carlos of Cuyoco, Jorge from guest services, the housekeeping staff who made sure our room was perfect every moment we returned from our day and the staff handling the luggage who made our experience seamless. The hotel is beautiful, with something happening around every corner. From ice cream stands and taco stands, to musicians and the secret speakeasy. Even pottery making! Everything has been thoughtfully put together and presented. We treated ourselves to hydrotherapy at Muluk spa - a dream! Now for the parks…. Xcaret, Xplor Fuego and Xavage were awesome! Whilst the food at the parks is good, the food at the hotel is top quality, so recommend planning your day to have food at the hotel where possible. What an awesome experience!!!

-: Only negatives to share are 1. Due to the long lines at Xplor fuego, we were only able to complete 3 activities and 2. We decided to get room service after our return from Xplor fuego (11:30pm). We couldn’t find a menu in the hotel room for room service. We called reception asking for a menu at 11:45pm, 45 mins passed and no menu was brought to us as promised. (12:30pm) We then ordered over the phone without a menu (said it would take 45 mins). At 1:40am we still had no food at which point we called to cancel as we needed to wake up early for Xavage. At 2:10am someone wok us up to deliver the food.

+: Me encantó la atención, la calidad de los alimentos y la atención personalizada de Brenda, Martín, Frank Cristofer, Jessica, Santiago y Toribio en especial.

-: Que fué poco tiempo para conocer todo.

+: La calidad de la comida muy buena, el spa muy caro, lo del tiempo compartido te quita mucho tiempo. Servicio muy bueno.

-: fueron varias cosas, primero que me ofrecieron un paquete para unas estadías, les dije que era para regalo de mi hermana de cumpleaños y que en caso de que algo sucediera podía cancelar la suscripción del beneficio. Resulta que a los pocos días que mi hermana llama a hacer ya reserva le dicen que ella no puede reservar si es que yo como la persona que pagué no voy a viajar y que como no cumple cierta edad tampoco puede acogerse al beneficio (yo hice todas las consultas previo a la compra y me dijeron que si se piodía). Toda esa información me dieron mientras hacía el check out, se supone que si el mismo personal de xcaret me da una explicación la debo creer, pero cuando ya quieres reservar te dicen que no puedes. Lo segundo es que me han realizado varios cargos a mi tarjeta los cuales desconozco y quiero que revisen: HOTEL H XC A LOBBY MX S 89,76 - TDAS XCARET S 48,23 - TDAS XCARET S 30,13 - TDAS XCARET S 5,38 - TDAS XCARET S 54,63 - TDAS XPLOR S 169,00 - REST XCARET S 115,02 - TDAS HOTEL XCARET S 156,84 voy a poner una queja por todos esos consumos realizados sin mi auttorización.
