+: El personal es sumamente atento. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y amplias. Hay mucha variedad de comida y tipos de restaurantes. Hay muchas albercas y todas tienen distintas actividades. El boliche es magnífico. El desayuno a la carta muy rico. El snack bar de costillas y comida americana super rico. La calidad de las bebidas es buena.

-: El Beso, NO es un hotel para solo adultos. Es básicamente una sección pequeña para adultos. De todos los establecimientos de comida, únicamente un restaurante era solo para adultos. Básicamente todo el lugar esta repleto de niños. Si quieres aislarte de ellos, debes permanecer en la alberca de El Beso. Entonces sentimos que llamarlo hotel solo adultos es engañoso. En uno de los restaurantes nos enfermamos agresivamente con un salmón crudo, y el restaurante italiano fue terrible.

-: Hot tub no kids at the adult only resort!

+: Our room was nice. Food was decent.

-: When we arrived at the hotel, they said they were going to upgrade us to a better room. We were scheduled to be in the adult section of the resort. When we checked in, we asked the desk clerks several times if you were going to upgrade us is it still going to be in the adult section? He assured us it would be. Well it turns out that we were put in a family section instead of an adult section. We complained and they did move us but it disrupted our trip because we basically lost half a day complaining and having to move to a different room. The desk clerk blatantly lied to us. Apparently they didn’t have enough room for us in the adult section so they tried to pass off our “upgraded room” as an Adult room. They did not compensate us money for the lost time and aggravation of having to move to a different room. if they had been honest about it when we first arrived, I would’ve been more understanding since they lied to us and would not admit to such we will never be back. I don’t recommend this place.

-: Buffetrestaurant zum Teil sehr laut und lange Schlangen (ist bei der Größe des Hotels aber normal). Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel am Besten vorab buchen

+: Muy lindo el hotel! Pareciera que caminas mucho hacia la playa pero a muy cómodo hacerlo, nos todo el último Edificio “el edén” y la srita de atención al huésped Aylin nos atendió increíble, nos apoyaron a reservar cenas románticas y nos enviaban amenidades, muy amables todos, la comida muy rica y los meseros muy atentos a nosotros, nos toco la playa muy limpia

-: Aún que se supone que no puedes apartar tu camastro y desde las 9 estaba todo lleno incluso en la playa

+: I liked that there are lots of different things going on and things to do. I really enjoyed the pool so close to the ocean that I could hear the waves. Drinks were good. Staff in every dining situation were working hard to protect those with food allergies from being exposed to allergens.The trolley was helpful with some of our older friends. Some staff members worked hard to make the stay good. Our housekeeper kept us stocked with water per our request, and the room was clean. The grounds were kept clean.

-: The food is mediocre. The ice cream shop needs to be open earlier. The beach is sad— I don’t know what you can do about the erosion. I HATE the towel on the lounger system. There were some that only had towels on them all day long instead of people. I deeply resent the Privilege option. It makes divisions that are unnecessary. Also, who decided the Privilege bracelet needed to be white, as in White Privilege?? Staff was inconsistently attentive. We couldn’t get all 13 of us booked near each other. The ceiling fan in our room could not be adjusted to change the speed—the chain was completely gone. That was true in 3 different rooms in Eden.

+: All the food was outstanding. Breakfast until 11.30 a.m. No reservations needed for specialty restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Concierge in each building, making it easy to get help when needed. Spacious rooms.

-: Poor coffee and tea service everywhere. No self-serve coffee machine in buffet, making you dependent on flagging down super-busy staff. The coffee and tea that came was always tepid. This was also true of the specialty restaurants. Their defense was that they had a separate coffee shop, but if you wanted a hot coffee or tea WITH your meal, this was no solution. Weak or nonexistent wifi signal. Extremely loud music at night outside the Italian restaurant (Locanda) destroying the peace of a meal al fresco.
