+: The breakfast and lunch buffet, the rooms, the beach, the location. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean.

-: The entrance of the hotel didn’t feel like a 5 star establishment. All a-la-carte restaurants served disappointing food. The sales pitches at the start and end of stay came across forced and unnecessarily so reminiscent of a door-to-door cold caller experience.

-: View - although we payed extra for a superior room with sea view, the room we received had only a partial sea view. Food - apart from the breakfast, the restaurants served less than mediocre food for lunch and dinner Beach - unfortunately, the beach has a significant amount of algae that accumulates throughout the day and the frequency with which it is removed by staff is entirely insufficient especially considering the simple and brief nature of this activity

+: Very comfortable room and hotel - great service, beautiful pool and beach, and top-north entertainment. We spent both days down by the beach (get there early to claim a beach lounger with towels and a personal item or two), they have an ocean lifeguard on duty, staff to setupmove umbrellas for you, and waitstaff from the bar who will deliver drinks and snacks directly to you.The Palace Resort group has an app, which is actually quite useful for knowing what is going on when and for making requests like maintenance, room service, or dinner reservations. Your room mini fridge will be restocked each day, including the 3 Liter bottles of water (I drink a lot of water, this was much appreciated). We also requested the complimentary anniversary package, which added some extra romance to our stay.We went to one of the evening entertainment activities, the “Glow Motion Show”, and it was truly exceptional. Definitely worth checking out the entertainment programming, the hotel staff works hard on it to make their events and activities fun and engaging.

-: As expected for all-inclusive, food and drinks were average at best, with some exceptions (I really recommend the Beef Picanha at Fuego, it’s so good!). Most cocktails are very sweetuse premade mixer. Room service food has small portions and cooled down quickly, I’d recommend just going to one of the 4 restaurants.Depending on highlow season, you need to make dinner reservations for the restaurants which can make it difficult to get the times you want during a short stay. The first night it is understood that you should try to walk in somewhere, and they will do their best to accommodate you.Very pricey per night, though perhaps your use of the all-included amenities may make it a better deal than paying per-drinkper-meal at a similar but non-all-inclusive resort.

+: Das Sun Palace ist im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels in der Hotelzone eher kleiner. Was die Menge an Hotelgästen angenehm gestaltet hat. Das Angebot an authentischen Restaurants war sehr gut, uns hat besonders der Italiener und der Grill gefallen. Das Personal war egal in welcher Position immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben einen immer das Gefühl gegeben, dass jeder Gast wichtig ist. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr vielfältig und überragend gut. Was absolut neu für uns war, aber uns richtig gut gefallen hat ist die Hotel App. Dort hatte man die Möglichkeit sich in den Restaurants einen Platz zu reservieren oder den Roomservice (für Essen oder andere Angebote) zu nutzen. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern und wie beschrieben.

-: Manchmal hatten wir Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und dem TV. Über die App konnte man jedoch die Probleme melden und in einer angemessenen Zeit kam der Techniker und hat die Probleme gefixt.

+: Por ser um hotel com foco em atender casais, a experiência foi muito boa e exatamente o que estavamos buscando. A comida foi algo que nos surpreendeu muito positivamente também.
