+: Siamo stati accolti al Calm Sorento appena arrivati nelle Seychelles ed è stato oltre le nostre aspettative! La stanza è molto spaziosa, il letto è grande e comodo, il bagno ampio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la bellissima terrazza con una vista mare mozzariato in cui abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di aver servite le abbondanti colazioni ogni giorno. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, il ragazzo ci ha lasciato il suo numero di telefono per ogni necessità e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno ci ha risposto velocemente. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo conosciuto i proprietari, gentilissimi, con i quali ci siamo piacevolmente intrattenuti. La posizione del Calm Sorento è a Beau Vallon, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro, dalla strada principale bisogna fare una salita piuttosto ripida, noi avevamo preso la macchina in aeroporto quindi non era fsticoso. C’è anche un supermercatino all’incrocio con la strada principale comodo e ben servito.

+: The view from the balcony is exceptionally beautiful. Very calm surrounding, clean place.

-: - We have never seen or heard the owner even a single time. - at one point the son of the owner randomly showed up on our balcony and said we should pay "now" . Very indecent on part of the owners. - for several days before the stay I sent several E-mails due to different topics. I didnt receive a single answer. - theres one ABSOLUTE NO-GO about this apartment.the balconies on the upper floor are all connected without any kind of boundary.therefore anybody can walk across our balcony,so you have no privacy whatsoever (unless you close the curtain 247). - it was by 100 % the same breakfast for 5 days. We mentioned it to the housekeeper, but nothing changed at all (PS - the housekeeper seemed to be the only one giving a good effort in this place). - due to licensing issues (theyre registered as bed and breakfast) they can only serve breakfast, not an issue.but they got this incredible kitchen which is exclusively used for breakfast (?????),however,we are not allowed to use it.for this to be the case,they would have to install a kitchen in every single room. - 150 Euros per night (i know the seychelles aint cheap) is severely overpriced with the experience we had in this place. - the housedoor is never locked, so anybody could come in at night.

+: Sehr schöner Ausblick, großes Zimmer und Bad, sehr sauber. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hat uns auch einen späteren Check-Out ermöglicht, weil kein direkter Check-In an dem Tag folgte.

-: Man braucht schon ein Auto, aber wenn man es hat, ist alles super erreichbar

+: Shifah, die Dame für alles, war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Glück, die einzigen Gäste zu sein. Das leckere und großzügige Frühstück wird auf dem Balkon vor dem eigenen Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick serviert. Das Zimmer und der Aufenthaltsbereich waren in einem top Zustand. Die Auffahrt zum Hotel ist zwar steil, aber definitiv locker ohne Allrad machbar, und der Ausblick von dort oben ein Traum.

+: The breakfast was ok, I would not call it continental breakfast, you have everyday the same food, you can opt for differenty made eggs, luckily we were in this accomodation just for 3 days

-: The aircondition was not working, when I said it, everybody looked surprised and kind of made idiot from me that probably I do not know how to turn it on. They didnt offer anything extra or a discount for having to sleep in 30 degrees without aircondition. On the day we were leaving we paid for late checkout 50€ which I understand and it is quite normal. But when we came to the room from the beach we found out some random people are in our room and replacing the aircondition (about which everybody was so surprised it is not working) and that the room is total mess and ppl were touching our things and so on. We felt very uncomfortable about this. We were in the end quite dissapointed with the accomodation.

+: Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist der Wahnsinn und verdient besondere Erwähnung. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr gut - lecker mit ein bisschen Abwechslung, z.B. durch wechselnde Früchte.

-: Leider war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes eine laute Baustelle neben dem Haus - das hat die Frühstücksidylle leider sehr gestört. Es hat zudem manchmal sehr lang gedauert, bis das Frühstück bereit war - trotz vorheriger Absprache mussten wir teilweise fast 45min warten. Laut Beschreibung sollte das Bett Überlänge haben, diese hatte es jedoch leider nicht, sodass jemand von 1,90m Größe trotzdem mit überhängenden Füßen im Bett lag.
