+: Conveniently located 5 star property with very good breakfast buffet. Service was mostly fantastic and they are prompt with services like room service and buggy for transport. Pool also seemed clean and well maintained. Rooms were also comfortable, spacious and had great views.

-: There was a planned power maintenance and we had no electricity or water for 2 hours. And this was shortly after we had checked in. We were not informed about this in prior or even during check in. We could have planned to go out if we had known.

+: Such a lovely and romantic trip, I stayed in a private pool villa that is so worth it. The prices are upper range but so worth it. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I could relax the entire trip. The buffet breakfast is extensive and so tasty, love the make your own juice bar. Place is so clean and lovely design. It’s near patong beach and far from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend the place!
