+: The accommodation is within walking distance of the night market 'Cicada,' another food market, and a convenient shop nearby. Access to the pool requires a short walk since it's located beachfront, but the path is pleasant with many beautiful trees. The rooms were adequate and quiet. We only stayed for one night.

-: The breakfast service was disorganized. The egg station was unattended, and there was no sign indicating that eggs needed to be pre-ordered. When I picked up a plate of eggs, a staff member approached me and asked if it was my order, which I felt was done in an unfriendly manner.

+: I'm not so impressed by this place. It is the worst I have seen after many times in Hua Hin. Though, to be fair, the location is close to the sea shore, breakfast is included and basically good, the room is comfortable.

-: The fact that you have to wait till 5.00pm to have your room cleaned and so to be able to access your own room. I told the counter that this scheduled time was not comfortable for me, and the reaction of the personnel was very impolite, with bad and sarcastic comments when I was coming back earlier than 5.00pm at the hotel. So bad!!! I don't advise anybody to stay at Chom View hotel. My experience was bad. At the same price you can find better places in Hua Hin!

-: ประตูห้องเสียบการ์ดสามารถเปิดได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง ม่านและโซฟามีคราบ เก้าอี้นั่งเล่นระเบียงค่อนข้างจะมีฝุ่นเยอะ ปลั๊กน้อย ห้องมีกลิ่นอับ อุปกรณ์หรือเฟอร์นิเจอร์ในห้องชำรุดทรุดโทรม ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า ขอให้ทำความสะอาดอีกรอบก็เหมือนว่าแม่บ้านไม่ได้มา ความขลังของห้องทำให้รู้สึกวังเวง สระว่ายน้ำมีแต่กระเบื้องหลุด ถ้าลงค่ำๆจะมองไม่เห็นอะไรเลยเพราะไม่มีไฟ ราวจับขึ้นสระไม่แข็งแรง โยกเยกตลอดเวลา ราคานี้ถือว่าถูกสำหรับเขตใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวในหัวหิน แต่ถ้าเทียบกับที่อื่นราคานี้คือที่พัก 3-4 ดาวและรวมอาหาร ราคาที่จ่ายนี้ยังไม่รวมอาหาร

-: Pool needs renovation. There were some pieces of broken tiles in the water which could hurt people swimming.
