+: hôtel formidable, de qualité , personnelles très aimable , à l'écoute du client, serviable, personnels courtois. merci à l'ensemble du personnel, j'ai passé un séjour très agréable grâce à votre personnel

-: Le comportement de certains étrangers vis à vis du personnel de l'hôtel et des clients. Des étrangers irrespectueux pensant que tout leur dû, je ne sais pas comment votre personnel arrive à accepter de tels attitudes de votre clientèles étrangères. grand merci à votre personnel

+: Property is clean and well maintained. Excellent Breakfast. Rooftop swimming pool is very good and is great for family ambience and for couples too

-: Staffs are not ready to refill our own water bottles as they wanted us to pay and buy new ones. It is not a big deal for every staying customer to pay and buy a bottle but Marriott won't run in loss if they could've refilled.Repeating again, everything was excellent and satisfactory except for the above stated remark

+: Cleanliness and appropriate services. Staff is cordial and food is good!

-: The price is very high as compared to the location, facilities and size of the room. I didn’t find value for the money, spent 6 nights during year end 2023.
