+: Zimmer war sehr schön. Ruhige doch sehr schöne Lage. In der nähe viele Restaurants. Schöner Balkon mit weitsicht. Gutes Früstück grosse Auswahl.

+: Highly recommended. The location is perfect if you like a quiet place. A couple of minutes walking distance to the beach. The hotel is very clean beautiful pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

+: Very nice location. The hotel looks quite fresh. There were minor issues like small stains on the floor that are impossible to remove at this point, but apart from that our room was quite spacious and comfortable. I would also like to highlight current cleaning services as they are doing their job quite well and fast.

-: Most of the staff cannot speak English well. On top of that I was very close of being charged twice for a room, because their reception and management don't fully understand the payment process. Situation was the following, my credit card credentials got leaked recently and I blocked my card, but I used this card for booking and I fully prepaid our stayed in advance (more than 2 weeks before I blocked my card), transaction was successfully settled between banks way before we arrived in the hotel. However, when I arrived in the Hotel (it was around 3am as we had an evening flight), staff at reception asked me to show the card that I used for the booking. When I explained situation to staff, they asked me to paid again with another card, I refused of course and tried to explain, that I've already paid and transaction is settled, i.e. it's not a pending transaction or credit frozen money... And they started telling me that I forced them to go against the rules of the hotel for check-in... Srsly? That's not a service of 5* hotel when you start blaming your customer at 3am trying to charge them again for what is already paid. The situation became even worse when I talked with their manager the next morning... and the manager also asked me to pay with another card! I was trying to explain how the whole process works and I also asked them to check this transaction with their accountant multiple times and they agreed only after I started to raise my voice and tell them that I was not going to pay the second time. I came to this hotel for a couple of days to rest, but had to experience that instead...

+: Nice location with a good view

-: No smoking on the balcony and noisy in the evening from a beach bar across the road.
